About the property

Located in a quiet area with beautiful pool and gardens.

The house has two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, lounge with open plan American kitchen. It has a good spacious terrace with fantastic views of the sea. The terrace is perfect for dining and for sunbathing. The terrace is very private and faces south. The property is well equipped and is situated in a lovely development, like an Andalucian village, with bars and restaurants a short walk from the house. The communal pool is particularly beautiful. The communal swimming pool is open from 1 May - 15 October. The swimming pool has views of the mountains and the sea. There is a childrens swimming pool. The Town Centre is approximately 2 km from the house and you can go there by local bus, car or by walking along the beach. It is not essential to hire a car. Cots and high chairs can be hired.

The beach is approximately 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. The nearest beach has water sports available during the high season. There are also many charming restaurants along the beach. There are lots of lovely bays.

You can visit the Nerja Caves, the beautiful village of Frigiliana and Malaga. You can also visit, Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda

High chairs and cots can be hired please ask. There are 2 lovely swimming pools with views of the Mediterranean sea open from May until October and they are free to use.

Clean tidy nicely situated for a quieter holiday

Calle Angelline is a small residential and holiday let development near to Nerja.There are actually two developments joined together by road links the other is Punta Lara.Populated by Ex pats from many countries. But predominantly British. The estate is across the road from the coast and is typical in this part of the world, as a consequence built on the hillside , so expect hills. The beautiful town of Nerja is a 25 minute walk away or 5 minutes drive.The old town of narrow streets and shops is worth a visit. There are a multitude of well priced restaurants and a large choice of cuisines.Nerja has it's own beach,however the nearest beach and restaurant facilities from the apartment are 5 minutes walk opposite the entrance to the development. Or if you prefer a swimming pool 2 minutes away at a barside on the estate. Details are in your information pack.The house is one of a terraced group. It has 3 levels. lower contains bathroom and twin bedroom, Middle front door and double bedroom and upper lounge/kitchen with access to a small balcony giving the view seen. it also looks over the lower estate of Punta Lara so expect to see rooftops between you and the sea although they are much lower than the balcony and do not obstruct the view NOR are you disturbed by any noise.We were a party of two and really enjoyed our stay, and can see why the house would suit a small family ( Don't forget the Hills if you have a pushchair BUT in essence the walk is only minimal) As for the local area we ate out every day and really enjoyed the food, again your info pack will assist however the three bars on the estate serve food and have English connections. The locals will assist with other nearby restaurants and recommendations. As for that part of the world, it's lovely, we had a car and explored. The owners Linda and David supplied everything we needed in terms of Information and equipment in the apartment. We will visit that part of the Spanish coast again and would definitely speak with them regarding accommodation. So overall an enjoyable stay, good value and a recommendation from us. Villa with nice view and good location

Location of this villa was very good, just 30 min walking distance to Nerja. You can walk by beach or by local road. In middle way by beach there was nice garden restaurant with good food and cold drinks.

Villa was clean and everything was working well.

Owner of villa was very active and helpfull.

I can easily recommend this to everyone.

Very quite and nice location

The house belongs to a nice location called Punta Lara.

From the terrace you will have a beautiful view until the city of Nerja and on the sea.

It's appr. 3km outside of Nerja , a nice little city with a lot of restaurants and shops.

The house is appropriate furnished. There are two bedrooms , one with a smaller bed (appr. 140x180cm)

and one with two singlebeds (90x180).In the kitchen is everything what you will need.

The terrace is adequate dimensioned. The sunbeds in the description are more or less sunchairs,

so you can't lay on these.

TV (DVB-T) is only with spanish channels , but this was not important for us , because we are there for

holiday and not for looking tv.

In ca. 100m there is a very nice swimming pool , where you can rent sunbeds for 2,50€

and also the possibility to eat and drink something in El Oasis Bar and a second bar

direct by the pool. We enjoy to stay there , because it's a private pool for the Punta Lara

urbanization and during our time (3 weeks in september) there are only between 5 and max. 20 persons

by the pool.

The beach , which is in appr. 300m downhill , is not very comfortable, because there are a lot of stones.

You need defintely shoes to come into the water.The beach in Nerja city is much more better , there are no stones,

but you have to walk appr. 2km.

To come to Nerja you have two possibilities, one is to walk , what will take about 40 min. (what we preferred)

the other is to use the bus from the Marina Hotel (300m downhill,drives every hour and cost 2€).

All in all it was a very nice stay during the 3 weeks and it will be option to come once again to this location.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed a fortnight in Calle Angelines 20 and very pleasantly I must say. The house was clean, the view amazing.

The children enjoyed the swimming pool very much, which was very well accomodated with a lifeguard, bar and toilets.

Bedlinnen and towels were sufficiently provided in the house. Also pans, crockery and cutlery.

The only downside was that the location is not suitable for elderly people with mobility problems or who are not fit. The steep hills can be hard to walk up to. And the distance to the city center can be a problem for some people.

And also because of the heat in August it would be nice if there is a fan in every room instead of only in the downstairs living room.

The city center of Nerja was really nice. A lot of nice shops and good restaurants.

The beach near Punta Lara was okay, but we preferred Burriana beach, which is a bigger one with a boulevard, a lot of restaurants and shops.

A visit to the Nerja cave can not be missed. It really leaves you in awe because of what nature can produce.

There are several supermarkets nearby, to be reach by car. We preferred to go to the big Eroski supermarket in Velez-Malaga, in the El Ingenio mall.

I can really recommend this accomondation. All questions I had were answered quickly and politely. Maybe a location to return to...

Fantastic Break!!

Have just returned from a lovely holiday in this house in Punta Lara. The house was clean, cosy and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4. The best part is the beautiful terrace with gorgeous views of the sea and the swimming pool which is fantastic. There is also a separate toddlers pool which was really handy. The house is in a quiet area but you can get into town very easily. We loved it and will definately return. Contact with the owners was easy and quick. Thank you!

Nettes Ferienhaus mit schöner Dachterrasse

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus in Nerja verbracht. Nette Vermieter, die man bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch schön gewesen, aber da wir einen Leihwagen hatten, waren wir viel unterwegs. Zum Beispiel auf dem Wochenmarkt wo alles mögliche angeboten wird, oder in der Altstadt (da gibt es am Anfang der Fußgängerzone zwei Pizza&Pasta Restaurants nebeneinander, in denen man gut und super günstig essen kann, die bieten auch Fleisch und Fischgerichte an). Wir waren in den Höhlen von Nerja und natürlich oft am Strand, da kann man sich unter anderem auch ein Tretboot mit Rutsche mieten und auf dem Meer chillen. Abends haben wir oft auf der Dachterrasse bei Kartenspielen und einem Drink die schöne Aussicht genossen.

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt auch mal wieder.

From Nerja you can visit Granada, Cordoba, Ronda and Seville. The house is in a quiet part of Nerja but you can easily reach many bars, restaurants. Small supermarket 200 metres.
