There are 2 apartments available. Both are 3 bedrooms. One is a upstairs duplex with 1 bath, the other is a 3 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms and a yard plus washer and dryer. Both have all bedrooms with queen size beds. The triplex though is twice as large as the 3 bedroom.

The Brownstone Brooklyn neighborhood that was once an Italian stronghold is quickly becoming the city's Little Paris - fueled by a new French program at a local public school.
Neighborhood playgrounds have recently filled up with French-speaking tots - making it easier these days to find croissants than cannoli on Court St., where merchants have seen a surge in French families looking for favorite products from home.
French government officials estimate there are as many as 20,000 French residents in Brooklyn, more than in Manhattan, with the largest concentration in Carroll Gardens. Butcher John McFadden, whose family owns Staubitz Meat Market, has seen a surge in demand for French-style racks of lamb, boeuf bourguignon and filet mignon. 'It's doubled, tripled, recently,' McFadden said. 'It's good for us.'
Carroll Gardens' other main strip, Smith St., has become so French that restaurant owners launched a Bastille Day celebration. 'If you come to my restaurant on Saturday or Sunday, everyone is speaking French,' said Jean-Jacques Bernat, whose postcard-perfect French bistro on Smith St., Provence en Boite, has begun stocking special candies and other goodies, especially for the nabe's growing numbers of homesick expats.
Plenty of space although the bedrooms upstairs were tight. Great restaurants nearby and walking distance to Trader Joe's.Easily parked right in the street in front of the apartment . Even a working koi pond in the garden! 4 blocks to the F train...easy to get to manhattan.
This was the perfect location for a large group weekend getaway! We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. We were within walking distance from the subway, bars, and restaurants. It only took about 30 minutes to get to Midtown Manhattan. Loretta was very easy to contact and responded right away when we had questions. Definitely would recommend!
Enjoyed my stay. Clean and spacious property. Very comfortable. Apartment provided a better social environment than a hotel for us. The fish pond in back drew mosquitos which during a time of the Zika virus was a scare. Would have liked better communication from the property owner. She was slow on responses leading up to the visit. They held on to deposit longer than needed. Certainly don’t expect hotel type communication. Overall, I would return.

The location of this apartment was perfect and within easy walking to subway/trains and lots of lovely restaurants. The apartment was spacious and bright. However out of date food in fridge and cupboards (including medication), used toiletries in bathroom - not acceptable. The compost bin was two thirds full and didn't smell great! Other problem was that we had the triplex and above us we had a group celebrating a wedding both Friday and Saturday nights, which was very disruptive. Left with mixed feelings - more attention to detail and it would have been a better experience.
Great location, big apartment, easy access to subway. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, try Mia's bakery on Smith for breakfast.
Comfortable accommodation for 6 adults within a couple of blocks of the subway, food shops (both gourmet and budget), cafes and bars. A great location for exploring Brooklyn and travelling over to Manhattan for sightseeing. The property is split over three floors - kitchen/lounge/diner on ground floor with wc & washbasin; one bedroom & laundry in the basement; two double bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor. Kitchen facilities were good - plenty of crockery & cutlery, tea towels, dishwasher liquid etc. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Large decked yard with furniture and bbq at the back for use if weather good. Owner quick to respond to email before our trip and to text queries upon arrival. A few small things could do with addressing: thin curtains in the 1st floor bedrooms and no curtain in the basement bedroom - no door to close off this either but it wasn't a massive problem for our group as the bedroom area isn't visible until you get down the basement stairs; shower door leaks; only one door key provided which is tricky for a group; but... for the price and the location, it was very good. Would stay there again if in Brooklyn.
