Brand new luxury 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom French Quarter Apartment in a beautifully restored historic French Quarter building. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with a electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and is fully furnished including pots, pans, coffee maker and utensils as well as a washer & dryer. This magnificent apartment has a queen beds in each bedroom with queen sleeper in the living room with an additional 3 inch memory foam mattress in addition to the original. The building is very secure with coded entry and secure parking. Parking is $25 per day, so if you don't need parking, let us know in the Inquiry and we will remove this fee. The apartment location can't be beat! You are just steps to the center of all the action and are surrounded by some of the most famous restaurants and night clubs the world has to offer. This property is just 5 short blocks off the river and and close to Canal Street shopping.
There is no need for an automobile due to the great location of the apartment and walkability (score of 97) of the French Quarter. However, your rental comes with its own parking spot, and you can literally drive up to your secure location.
This is a private building so please be respectful of the House Rules as well as the other tenants. There is plenty of partying to be done out and about and this apartment is a wonderfully cozy place to relax and regroup. Check out the City and the stars from your private deck.
Emergency Room Nurse, world traveler, surfer, snowboarder, musician, and all around nice guy.
Lance Pippin purchased this apartment in 2013
If you want something other than a hotel room with plenty of personal and shared space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths this will be perfect.
Amazing French Quarter experience.
We had a amazing time here! The apartment is located very near Bourbon st. Which makes everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was super clean and beautifully kept. Would highly recommend here!
It was our first time trying a VRBO. We were nervous. But the owner made this great and this specific apartment is a jewel. The owner is honest and helpful. Communication was excellent. Responses were quick and thorough.
NOTE REGARDING "Noisy bedroom": the owner was very open and honest regarding the one bedroom. It is in fact more noisy then the other 2 bedrooms but my opinion is to NOT shy away from this rental because of that. The only caveat I would add is that if you are not in New Orleans for the Bourbon or Frenchman Street experience and want a quiet place to read a book than maybe that bedroom is not the best for you....but, the couple who stayed there with us said it was not an issue at all.
I highly recommend you rent this VRBO!
My 7 friends and I were beyond pleased arriving at our VRBO to see how clean and up to date this apartment was.
More than enough room for 8 people to hang out and sleep. We took advantage of the roof and hung out due to the great weather.
Every thing we wanted to do was within walking distance and overall we had a great trip and Lance had the place in tip top shape and provided recommendations to us for our weekend.
My buddies and I were in town for a long awaited Raiders/Saints game. We were cool, comfortable, and happy. We partied in town every night and did the Big Easy right. Sports sports sports!! I didn't see the earplugs in the nightstand until the last day, but I still slept like a baby in a cloud of fluff each night.
Lance answered when I called him everytime and accommodated our every request including the time the ungodly fire alarm went off. This actually got us out the door a little earlier than we had planned and that ended up being quite a night. The place is decorated perfectly (something I think that the ladies want to read).
This is where I'm staying next time!
Pool!! Yeah buddy!
Karaoke? It's there. not this time. Maybe next.
Bang your head onto the spiral staircase? Nope.
Raiders win?? Yep!
We loved staying here! Lance has the place decorated beautifully and the space was perfect for our crew. We especially loved the art on the wall and Lance helped us find the artist to buy a piece to take home for ourselves. Lance could not have been more helpful and accessible during our stay. It's good to remember that this is an old building and around the corner from Bourbon St. We heard music and noise from the street into the wee hours of the morning, as expected. We had no problems sleeping and the beds are very comfortable. The main elevator is shared with a parking garage and stays dirty and smokey. We opted to walk across to the other building to take the elevator that exits onto Bienville. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! It could not be more conveniently located. We walked all over the French Quarter and across Canal St. through the Central Business and Warehouse Districts (eat at Grand Isle for some AWESOME oysters!!). The streetcar is very easy to catch and we took advantage of their $3 day passes. We hardly got in our car the whole time we were there. The bar a block away, 21st Amendment, has fantastic jazz. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck in the evenings with our cocktails to listen to the music drifting up. We felt perfectly safe as a family of 6 with children as young as 3. Thanks for a great stay!
This is in the Heart of the French Quarter!!!.
