1700 Sq Ft New Build

Brand new luxury 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom New Orleans Apartment in a beautifully restored historic renovated building. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with a electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and is fully furnished including pots, pans, coffee maker and utensils as well as a washer & dryer. This magnificent apartment has a queen beds in each bedroom with queen sleeper in the living room with an additional 3 inch memory foam mattress in addition to the original. The building is very secure with coded entry and secure parking. Parking is $25 per day, so if you don't need parking, let us know in the Inquiry and we will remove this fee. Please note for security reasons we no longer communicate via emails except through the VRBO/Homeaway Site or accept payments except through the VRBO/Homeaway portal.

The apartment location can't be beat! You are just steps to the center of all the action and are surrounded by some of the most famous restaurants and night clubs the world has to offer. This property is just 5 short blocks off the river and and close to Canal Street shopping.

There is no need for an automobile due to the great location of the apartment and walkability (score of 97) of the French Quarter. However, your rental comes with its own parking spot, and you can literally drive up to your secure location.

This is a private building so please be respectful of the House Rules as well as the other tenants. There is plenty of partying to be done out and about and this apartment is a wonderfully cozy place to relax and regroup. Check out the City and the stars from your private deck.

Made Me a Hero

I was put in charge of housing for our trip to NOLA. Historically, we have stayed in the better hotels in the Quarter, but with my children going along on this trip, I looked for an alternative to three hotel rooms. We found a gem in this apartment that was cheaper than three hotel rooms in our usual haunts, so I was the hero of the trip.

There were three couples and a single, so the three bedrooms and the foldout couch were perfect. The youngest couple stayed upstairs and we older folk stayed on the main floor. The beds were excellent, the three bathrooms + couch were fine for the seven of us and the main room plus kitchen and bar area was large enough for us to entertain the rest of our group (20 people) during the day, deciding on the evening's plans.

The location was excellent - on the Canal Street end of the Quarter, half a block off of Bourbon Street - close enough for accessing all of the Quarter's adventures, but not staying right among the craziness. The others in our group were staying at both Monteleone and Royal Sonesta, so we were steps away from both.

The young children in the group enjoyed the pool at the apartment during the day and the adults enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evening for a nightcap.

Lance, the host, couldn't have been more accommodating to our questions about the apartment and at departure. He's a class act.

Overall, I can't recommend this apartment enough. The women commented how perfect it would be as a rental for bachelorette party, due to the security of the building and the layout of the apartment. The location immediately went on the short list of my son's fiancee. But I know if word gets out about how great this place is, availability will go down and the cost will go up. But it's that good and I wanted to share....

Very nice property in the heart of the French Quarter

Owner was very responsive and helpful. We loved the space and location, and appreciated the nice linens and towels. The fridge was stocked with beverages and coffee supplies were provided--very nice touch! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and there is good separation between the bedrooms. Living room furniture could use an upgrade-- "pleather" was peeling in some places. Same caution other reviewers have provided: the street noise heard in the master bedroom at night really is something! Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and would recommend to others wanting to stay in the French Quarter.

Amazing roof top deck.

Great location and very well kept

We had 7 guys in NO for a birthday party and our entire party loved the place, especially the great location - literally right off Bourban St. in the French Quarter. Place was nice than we expected - the pictures don't do it justice.

Beyond Ideal! We will be back!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Perfect location...literally the most comfortable bed I've slept on...gorgeous space (the photos don't do justice)...private access to private rooftop deck is priceless...super conscientious Owner who stocks necessities such as laundry detergent, body wash, plenty of linens/towels...Living room (which is so spacious!) furniture is super comfortable. Gorgeous brick walls and high ceilings. Upstairs room (via super cool long spiral staircase) and rooftop deck are perfect features. I'll get back to the rooftop deck...and (very importantly) we arrived to a super clean haven. Kudos to the Owner (and his cleaning team) for taking the extra care, especially for folks like us who can easily get turned off easily if anything is gross in the slightest way.)

As for any other things I've read in other comments before booking this gem: Master Bedroom Noise Level;

I, personally, slept in the master bedroom which has windows along the front, and while it definitely allows noise in...you can either pop in the earphones provided, or your own, or plug in a noise machine, or turn on your laptop to whatever helps. I literally hit that bed and am out within minutes (I am not kidding about the comfort of the beds here...I want to replace my extremely comfortable home one with one of these. So: yes! I would sleep in that room again, and plan to next time I come down! It has a large closet and full en suite bathroom, and provides total privacy from everyone else staying with you. Lastly, the noise of some of the other rentals in the Quarter is likely so minimal. In fact, I'm curious if we would have been able to sleep at all even if we were one block further in. So, please do not let it deter you and sink right into that bed'

Elevators; sure, the elevators have a stench (but if that bothers you, you truly oughtn't bother coming to New Orleans' French Quarter at all...it's worth the short elevator ride getting to and fro) and it takes you out into a nice street on the backside of the building.

Enough about those two clarifications...those two issues are nothing compared to the benefits of staying here. We were thrilled and absolutely, hands down, plan to stay here again, as well as suggest it to our various friends who regularly come down here.

Pay respect to the place when you get there (don't come in like a party animal...do that elsewhere and come back to retreat) so the rest of us can keep coming back to enjoy it!

Nice inside the property but very noisy from Bourbon St

The accommodations were very nice inside, but the address we had for it wasn't correct. Its not on Toulouse St at all. The location was great for walking to anything, but a bit too noisy over the weekend for us being so close to Bourbon St.
