This newly remodeled home is the fifth house from beautiful Pass A Grille Beach. It has unbelievable views of the gulf of mexico and pass a grille inlet. Located in the timeless pass-a-grille historic district of st. Pete beach, our large beach home features 10 ft. High ceilings, delightful front and back porches on all three floors, hard wood flooring, and an outdoor lanai area with a dock to fish off of and plenty of room for kids to run around and jump and play in the water.
The Rental rules in Pass A Grille allow homeowners to rent for one month periods. But they can rent for one week periods, three times per year. So if you want to rent for less than a month, sign up soon because those spots go fast!
We have a kayak that you are welcome to use and i might be able to give you and your family a boat ride if i am in town. In the home there are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and high end sub zero fridge and large gas stove. For your viewing pleasure there are three large flat screen wall mounted televisions. There is secure parking inside the garage with room for two cars.
You won't be able to miss the cool gulf breezes and unbelievable florida sunsets in this home. While preparing meals in the kitchen, look out the sliding glass doors and witness the beauty of the water right outside your home! Walk a couple of blocks and discover fun island-themed restaurants and shops along 10th, 9th and 8th avenues or karaoke all day long outdoors under an umbrella right on our exquisite beach at the the seaside grill restaurant. On 10th avenue, directly across the street from the seaside grill and beach supply store, is the highly popular three-story hurricane restaurant, one of the premier beach restaurants on st. Pete beach. After a long day enjoying the sand and water, catch breathtaking sunsets from the hurricane's rooftop deck while enjoying a cocktail and listening to live music.
Pass-a-grille beach is a wide sandy beach that stretches several miles along the gulf. If you walk south you will hit the rock jetty on pass-a-grille pass where the gulf meets the pass a grille inlet. If you head north about a mile along the beach you will be at the famous pink don cesar hotel where you can enjoy your favorite drink by the pool or enjoy a romantic dinner at one of the don's world-class restaurants.
Although you have easy access to local entertainment, this is a surprisingly private home, with a glorious location in the heart of pass-a-grille. The community features include tennis courts, a community center, shuffleboard, the trolley line, beachfront, inter coastal waterway, playgrounds, basketball courts, and parks. We do not have a pool at the house, but there are many close by hotels and resorts which allow the public to use their pools.

I used to come to pass a grille as a boy and always loved it. Pass a grille is one of florida's best kept secrets. Many of the houses are historic and there is only one way on and off the island. Most all of the shops and restaurants are not chains, but run by 'moms and pops' and have a lot of charm. Come see what florida used to be before it was over taken by wings stores, condo high rises, and tattoo parlors!
The intercoastal water way is in the back yard, so you can fish and play on your own private dock. If you go out the front door you are just a one minute walk and a few houses away from the gorgeous pass a grille beach.
The house was perfect for our family and we loved the location. We had grandkids ages 1 to 8 and we used the kayak's and the dock for fishing everyday and the kids loved it. The short walk to the beach was easy. Everything was so convenient and the house was gorgeous. Every bedroom and bath have been updated so tastefully and just makes you feel at home. The 3 stories made it perfect for everyone to have their little bit of privacy too. The owner was extremely helpful with any information we needed. We will for sure come back and rent this house again. Best family memories that week!!
The house was beautiful, but unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the owner. I have rented many times through VRBO, but this experience made me second guess ever doing it again. The owner met us to check us in, and told us he would be coming in every day to feed the fish. He acted very strange and aggressive when I questioned that he would be coming in and out while we were there. I had expressed we would be coming there for a business retreat and beach time. We are a group of health care professionals, health coaches, and wellness advocates. There were 7 of us staying at this house overnight, and during the day we had 15 there for a business training. Then, we spent hours at the beach, and in town, then back to the house. For some reason, the owner did not like that we were doing a business training. I believe he misunderstood what we were doing. He called me yelling at me after he had been standing across the corner staring at the house, telling me I had deceived him about how many people would be in the house, and please get the cars out of the driveway. We had 4 cars there during the day, but at night, we only had 2 as he had requested in our contract. We had rented two houses, and we ended up packing our stuff, and going to the other house for our training. It was very inconvenient, and put us on edge the entire time, because the deadbolt was not in place on the door either. We ended up filing a report with the police, and asked them to be there when we checked out. The officer called the owner, and made it clear what the laws are in the state of FL, and we had no more problems after that. I have never given a less than perfect review before, but I feel this cannot be ignored.
I will be back and share this beautiful gathering place with people I love .
Very nice property. Beautiful home, lots of space, close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. My one and only comment would that there is almost no dresser space to put on one's clothes. Only the master has dressers, but the master closests are full and used. All the other rooms don't, so you must be creative about where your "unmentionables" get stored. That would be my only comment, otherwise it was very nice.
Amazing house that has it all. So close to one of the best beaches there is. Incredible salt water fish tank.
This is a beautiful house on Pass-a-Grille on the intercoastal waterway and a short walk to the beach. The owners have done a brilliant job renovating this house with quality and luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the views from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms are gorgeous!
This property is large enough for 4 couples very comfortably and the owner was very accomodating. I would recommend it highly.
