Renovated in 2015, this apartment accommodates 2 people. It is very practical as it is well equipped and easily accessible due to its location just 200m away from the Guillemins train station, the ideal starting place for all your adventures.


The living area is decorated with great style, and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge corner with a desk. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a shower and WC.

For total comfort, there is access to a washing machine in the basement as well as a cellar.



The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, without an elevator.

Local Area

Ideal accomodation for commuters as it is located 200m away from the train station and near to a wide range of shops: launderette, snacks, bookshop, bakers, Delhaize supermarket… Without forgetting the Rue Guillemins is only 500m away and has everything you could possibly want: bakers (we recommend Eggen-Nols), butchers (people come from afar for the Boucherie Ardennaise), bookshop, snacks, little shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (‘Le Concordia’ is a must). And, if you went to get to the city center, it’s only a 20 minute walk (through the Parc D’Avroy) but there are also dozens of busses which will take you directly there.


Since 2009, the opening date of the new station by the architect Calatrava, the quarter has been developing and numerous projects have been taking place, notably the project which has joined the station with the Parc de la Boverie (beautiful green space ideal for picnics, runs or strolls).



Coming by car ? Parking spaces are quite sparse is the local streets (but not impossible to find). However, there is the big station carpark (My Park, rue du plan) which offers flat rates for a predetermined period.  


By bus? There is a bus stop a 3 minutes’ walk away, where different lines will take you to all the main city hotspots.


By train? Guillemins train station is 200 meters away.
