About the property

It offers a balance between the proximity of Mediterranee and the calmness of the hinterlands inside the pine forest. Located at the end of the village, the house is built with Esterel stone. You will enjoy the swimming pool which use is from time to time shared with the semi detached housing (occupied by the grand parents). Located on a large 4800 m² land, the accommodation over looks a large private terrace, just in front of the Esterel sheepfold. From the Canne Bay (see the photo), with a view over the Antibes bay, with clear weather. The house is separated from the semi-detached accommodation with a vegetable hedge. The back terrace is isolated with a high fence made of exotic wood (2.10 m). The house is equipped with a large living room/dinner room, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. It has been partly refurbished in September 2009 with a new bedding, a Lcd screen and a Provencal earthenware.

The swimming-pool is likely to be used only by the occupants or guests of the adjoining housing. Which is rare for my parents who live there are at least 75 years. The house is fully equipped with appliances: stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machines and washer dryer, coffee maker, toaster, ... LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player

Accueil très chaleureux des parents du propriétaires. Location très bien équipée, très bien située avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Cannes.

Positif ++ : Maison bien agencée, bien équipée, belle vue. Négatif --: maison humide, cheminée mais pas de possibilité de faire fonctionner, frais annexes très élevés (chauffage)

Owner's Response: Il est possible d'utiliser la cheminée, mais le bois n'est pas gratuit (il coute environ 60 € la stere). Il y a un chauffage electrique radiateurs à chaleur douce récent + radiant. Il est vrai que si l'on souhaite avoir une temperature de plus de 22° en mars comme dans certains appartements citadins (peut couter 50 € ou plus, sil fait froid). Dans le passé j'ai vu un locataire mette le chauffage en laissant les portes ouvertes ... !

At the exit of the Adret de l-Esterel, 1.5 km away from its centre and 4.5 km away from the highway. About 15km away from Frejus on one side and Mandelieu on the other side. About 20 km away from Cannes and 30/40 min away from Nice. Close to St-Cassien lake. From the Adrets, you can quickly explore all the villages of the Varois and Nicois hinterland (Fayence, Mons, Montauroux, Saint Paul de Vence, Biot, Mougins and Grasse) and you can even go to Italy (Vintimille, San Remo).
