This newly updated condo is close to everything that Las Vegas has to offer! Literally 10 minutes to the Strip, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is very spacious with high vaulted ceilings and 2 decks, 1 off the living room and the other off the bedroom. New flooring, counter tops, vanity and upgraded kitchen including quartz counter tops in 2019! New 50" HDTV in 2019. Brand New King size bed installed in 2020. Washer and Dryer inside the condo. All utensils and linens provided. This gated, patrolled condo complex has 6 swimming pools, a fitness center and 2 resurfaced tennis courts with lighting for night time play.

Great VRBO in LV

Our 4th stay at this Property and have enjoyed evry minute! Perfect location: Far 'nuff off the LV Strip to remain away frm the Cray-zees there, near shopping, restaurants and Casinos frequented by locals. We r sad that we were the last VRBO: He has opted not to use his Property as a VRBO Rental. We sure had a Wonderful Experience there...!

A Few Months in LV

Clean and very well-kept Property, embracing all our needs to include: a full kitchen, bath and bedroom...has a large, walk-in closet, a Gym and several Pools on the Property...easy access to a more local vibe than the insanity and debauchery of the Strip...truly a great find...if U can find it...! This was our third visit to this Property, and we will be renting there again soon.

I had a very pleasant stay in Richard's condo. Richard was a responsive and reliable host, and the condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. I will look to stay here on future trips to Las Vegas.

Love Las Vegas and all it has to offer from great food, entertainment, music and great outdoor activities year round. This condo has been home away from home for the last 9 years and is quiet, comfortable and convenient to all of Vegas.

Why they chose this property

Location is perfect for getting to any part of the Las Vegas Valley quickly. Complex has multiple pools, tennis courts, fitness center and the community is gated and patrolled.

What makes this property unique

10 minutes to the Strip. 20 minutes to Red Rock Canyon and some the most beautiful scenery in the world! 15 minutes to the airport. Fantastic location!
