The apartment is located in the residence Calamaiore, 1800 metres from the city center of Maddalena. Private pool for adults and children, common parking lot, foodstore. The nearest beaches are in Punta Tegge (walking distance, nice refreshment point and beautiful cliff) and Cala Francese (very beautiful and small, 10 minutes by car). Other beaches of the islands can be reached by car or boat.
The apartment is 50 square metres on the third floor (lift), 5 beds max - one toilet only!.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento perfetto, completo di tutto il necessario, organizzato bene anche per i posti letto (noi eravamo in 5). Camera matrimoniale molto areata, nonostante la settimana "bollente" non abbiamo avuto caldo. Tutto perfettamente coerente con l'annuncio.

La Maddalena in famiglia

Un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. Non abbiamo noleggiato l'auto essendo una piccola isola e ben collegata con bus navetta che porta nelle spiagge più importanti. Che dire: abbonamento autobus economico e fermata fronte residence . L'appartamento è molto pulito ed è dotato di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, fornetto.... La cucina ben attrezzata con molte stoviglie e pentole. Dal terrazzino dell'appartamento c'è una vista sul mare meravigliosa, accompagnata ogni sera da una piacevole brezza ( i panni volano se non sono ben ancorati con le mollette!) A soli 10 minuti a piedi si trova Punta Tegge dove si trova un caratteristico ed ottimo locale in riva al mare. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge anche il piccolo centro storico della Maddalena. L'isola della Maddalena ci rimarrà nel cuore❤

Tutto come promesso

L'appartamento è perfettamente aderente all'annuncio: camera ampia, tutto perfetto in bagno e cucina, salone e balcone vivibili grazie ai grandi spazi. La piscina è curatissima, con la presenza costante di un bagnino che la rende fruibile al meglio. Una nota particolare per l'host, rapidissimo nel rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio. Sono stato davvero soddisfatto,anche per la posizione tranquilla ma a cinque minuti dal centro che rende la casa una scelta ideale.

Sono 14 anni che soggiorno in questo appartamento e posso dire che è meraviglioso. Una vista mare che toglie il fiato e con ogni comfort. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
