Our home at 165 Beachcomber Street is a quick two to three block walk (750 paces) from beautiful Crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and towels for your convenience. Our home features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living/media room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new mattress and bedding. It also includes an attached bath, walk-in closet and direct access to lanai. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house and share a freshly renovated bathroom. Our newly constructed pool was added in November of 2014. We have a no smoking and no pet policy. House is installed with high speed wireless internet. Simply step into our home and surround yourself with paradise.

Very nice property, excellent location

This was a very nice house. We liked the short walk to the public beach. The house is clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area are not real big but were more than adequate for our needs. Owner has bikes and coolers and several amenities which made our stay enjoyable. Owner was extremely helpful as we were planning our trip with ideas and suggestions of places to go and things to see and do in the area. We would certainly stay here again.

Very nice property, conveniently located.

I enjoyed my 2 week stay at this house. It was well maintained and functional. The kitchen was fairly well supplied, though there were no paper towels or similar necessities upon arrival; ie. no salt and pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar, etc. (the usual pantry staples that I've seen in all of the other VRBO homes I've stayed in). The kitchen lighting was dim ~ really could use better lighting there. I was sorry that the breakfast nook space did not have a table in it.

Otherwise the decor was very attractive. There were plenty of towels and linens and more than enough decent clothes hangers (a rarity and very welcome!). The master bed was comfortable enough though it would be nice if it were a king size.

The outside lanai was a good sized and comfortable space. The pool was nice though I didn't get in it. I found it odd that I was expected to maintain the water level. We were happy to use 2 of the bikes and they were fine. The location is excellent. I enjoy Marco Island and this was a lovely home for my purposes. I would stay there again.

Great family home

We were down over the holidays for our second year, our first year in this home. The home was stocked with everything we could need. It was perfect for a family home. The pool was wonderful for the kids, and the walk to the beach was easy. Thanks Ed.. we will be back!
