"The apartment is bright and spacious, comfortable and well equipped. With mountain views and peaceful surroundings. Communal garden, swimming pool, barbecue and play area well maintained and clean. Close to public transport, railway link to Barcelona-Girona every fifteen minutes, and access to good network of roads and highways. We enjoyed a great holiday stay."

"We were very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The rooms look comfortably and homely. Terrace is quite big with the view on the pool and situated in a shadow most of the day. Everything looks the same as on internet pictures. We appreciated mostly two bathrooms in the apartment, the pool and tenis courts in the back of the house. Apartment lies in the peaceful place, just the highway beyond the house was a litlle bit disturbing. The beach is about 15 minutes by foot down the street. The communication with the apartment owners was smooth. They are very kind."

Ein super schönes und zweckmäßiges Appartement

Dank der tollen Wohnung hatten wir (Ich und meine zwei Kinder) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Caldes dÈstrac!! Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns, da wir sehr spät in BCN ankamen freundlicherweise vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, hat viele Zimmer mit sehr vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten, 2 Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer, welches sehr schön ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr sauber und alle Dinge, die man benötigt, kann man vor Ort finden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, reagieren bei Nachfragen sofort und sind auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Meine Kinder eroberten sofort den dazugehörigen Swimmingpool, den Spielplatz und die weiteren Sportanlagen. Die Umgebung ist mit den Bergen und Wäldern sehr reizvoll. Somit hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!!!

Muggen, wespen, geen airco, gedateerd

De woning op zich is ruim genoeg en ziet er in het echt inderdaad zo uit als op de fotos.

Echter een vervelend probleem heeft ons verblijf hier behoorlijk op de proef gesteld.

De airco zoals eerder vermeld werd op deze website, bleek namelijk niet te werken. De aanwezigheid van deze airco is naderhand van deze website verwijdert. Mischien normaal niet zo een probleem maar bij temperaturen die s'middags opliepen richting de 40 graden wel degelijk. De door de eigenaar geinstaleerde ventilatoren boden geen soelaas. Door de hoge temperaturen, de afwezigheid van horren en de aanwezigheid van vele muggen, waaronder ook de gevreesde tijgermug, werd ons verblijf een ware hel. Ik zal u besparen de fotos van de opgezwollen, met pus gevulde enkels van mijn dochter te laten zien.

De optie de ramen of de daarvoor geinstaleerde rolluiken te sluiten, resulteerde in temperaturen richting de 50 graden. Slaap lekker! Al met al vrij vervelend hier mee geconfronteerd te worden. Naast dit probleem bleek ook 1 van de 4 gaspitten niet te werken, hadden wij grote problemen met de wasmachine open te krijgen en bleek de terrastafel op het balkon een thuisplaats voor wespen te zijn, waardoor de eerste week buiten zitten ook niet echt rustgevend was. Dit omdat na het door ons zelf dichtstoppen van de open buizen van deze tafel, het nog enige dagen duurde eer de overige wespenvriendjes verdwenen waren. Het is mijns inziens niet vreemd te verwachten dat er een werkende airco is wanneer je hoogzomer een verblijf boekt. Mede omdat wij ook op basis hiervan geboekt hebben. Ik zou niemand aanraden in deze tijd van het jaar daar te gaan kreperen.

"Nous avons passé de très...

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La résidence est très agréable : propre, calme. La piscine est très grande avec peu de personnes (location fin juillet début août), grands espaces verts très bien entretenus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. L''appartement est bien aménagé avec de grands rangements, il ne manque rien dans les placards. Lits faits à notre arrivée et serviettes de toilette fournies.

Concernant la ville, peu de touristes , de grandes plages (10 min à pieds), restaurants bord de mer, petits commerces, supermarchés à 3 km,35 Km de Barcelone. Si vous recherchez des vacances reposantes, sans stress c''est la bonne adresse.

L'appartement est spacieu...

L'appartement est spacieux et très clair, les lits confortables, la vue très jolie sur la terrasse et la piscine divine. La station balnéaire est très calme et sympathique, la mer à 15 à 20 minutes à pied avec des enfants. Quant à Barcelone...

Nous recommandons le petit restaurant "Le malibu" en bas de l'immeuble à droite en descendant. Acceuil très sympathique et tapas délicieuses.

Malheureusement le logement était très sale à notre arrivée (hormis les sanitaires qui eux étaient propres ainsi que les lits qui étaient faits. Nous avons passé une bonne demi journée à faire le ménage, la cuisine était très sale la gazinière collante de graisse ainsi que le plan de travail, le sol pas lessivé, et nous avons dù racheter un balai correct.

Beaucoup de petites choses cassées, plusieurs carrelages cassés, un des bruleurs de la cuisinière HS, peu de portes fermaient, les portes serviettes ne tenaient pas tous, la machine à laver s'ouvrait à la petite cuillère, des roulettes manquaient au panniers du lave vaisselle, la climatisation degageait une très mauvaise odeur ... ).

L'accueil n'a rien eu de particulièrement chaleureux et nous n'avons plus jamais revu personne. Pour le départ nous avons juste été priés par téléphone de mettre les clés dans la boite aux lettres.

Coté bruit la circulation est assez bruyante, l'autoroute passant au dessus de l'immeuble et un défaut du revêtement crée un bruit sourd à chaque passage. Effectivement on s'habitue sauf au petit matin ou il faut refermer la fenêtre.
