Séjour Agréable au calme

Maison individuelle, demanderai quelques aménagements et remise au norme. En effet les pièces à vivre son encombrées et peu de place pour pouvoir installer de nos propres affaires. La cloture n'est pas hermétique, heureusement nous avons un chien non fugueur. Beaucoup de bibelots, maison a éviter si jeunes enfants ou animaux non calmes. Sinon nous avons apprécié la climatisation, la piscine. Le mini golf est à l'abandon ainsi que le terrain de badminton. Pas tester le terrain de tennis. Sinon situation très calme de la résidence. Séjour agréable.

Maison agréable

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par notre hôtesse. La maison est bien située par rapport aux différents sites que nous avons visités. S’il l’on aime la lecture, alors on est comblé.

Maison dans une résidence tranquille avec une superbe piscine il faudrait juste aménager un autre coin dans le jardin pour pouvoir en profiter ..

Logement non entretenu

Lavabo SDB bouché à notre arrivée: la propriétaire nous a demandé d'acheter le déboucheur. Poussière, coulis sous caissette de climatisation, nous avons du refaire le ménage. Sanitaire et fosse septique bouchés au 10è jour ,les informations et documents laissés sur site attestent du mauvais entretien: - N° du vidangeur - N° du plombier A cela j'ajoute la non conformité de l'installation électrique (cf armoire SDB...), la péremption de vérification de l'extincteur (liste non exhaustive), l'encombrement des lieux avec présence de produits phytosanitaires nocifs. Voir également commentaires des locataires précédents sur le couchage.
