The Farm (1870 and called The presentina) is located in the countryside in the heart of olive trees hundreds but only three minutes drive from the sea. The property is accessible by a country road 450 m (sports car are not recommended).
Originally, the farm was a farm dedicated to the cultivation of olives, wheat, vegetables and livestock.
Today, this structure has become a place of rest and tranquility is assured by the surrounding countryside. Four apartments overlook the main courtyard, they all have original features and each have a private outdoor space.
One of these apartments is inhabited during the summer by Armando owners and Raffaella, two are reserved for the guests and the fourth is occupied during weekends by an Italian family.
The farm is ideal for families and / or sudden wishing to spend a relaxing and quiet.
The Farm is located in the town of Capitolo, the seaside tourist area of the city of Monopoli which is about 8km.
