Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

In summary, with equipment and location, this apartment offer you the same standards of a luxury hotel in the area at a fraction of the cost.

I could live here

We loved this apartment - such a great location, yet whisper quiet. We felt very safe.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. The dishwasher was replaced shortly before our stay but not yet connected which didn’t bother us, and we never did work out how to use the drying cycle of the washer. But there is a heated towel rail which was enough to dry our smalls.

Loved sitting in the living room and there are trees and birds outside the window - yet out the front is the busy high street of Bayswater.

The London tube is great and you have a choice of two stops within metres of the apartment - so getting anywhere in the city is easily done.

The apartment had everything we needed for our time in London.

Rafael’s communication was prompt and courteous.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, safe, maintenance not ideal

The dishwasher had been corroded for a couple years, at least, according to the repairman. It had numerous holes in the bottom and underbody, but the owner hadn’t replaced it and I was told it had been leaking water. It was broken when we arrived; we discovered standing water inside that smelled very rank and when I ran it, it leaked water all over the floor. Wasn’t replaced during our 8-day stay. Owner needs to keep appliances in good working order. Rafael didn’t look at it when we arrived, although the cleaner reported the problem. Rafael assumed it was as before, there had been some water in it. If you don’t cook on holiday, this wouldn’t likely be an issue.

Regarding the dishwasher whilst offering you my apologies for it, I would like to elaborate on your comments, as in my opinion they are not completely accurate. On your arrival day, my assistant had just mentioned to me that the dishwasher had been reported by our previous guests to make an unusual noise during one of the cycles, however, no water leaks were reported, or else I would have asked you not to use it at all to avoid damage to the solid wood floor. Hence, I visited the apartment to assess the situation immediately, rather than ignoring it as you seem to imply with your wording. You also failed to mention that fast action was taken, resulting on an engineer visit to the apartment 24 hours later. Unfortunately, the appliance could not be repaired on the spot or replaced during your short stay but it has been replaced now. Regards, Rafael

My sister and I have booked Rafael's apartment for our annual rendezvous in London and we enjoyed it enormously...nothing was left for last minute, Rafael was a superb host sending hikers of information on the apartmeant and and wonderful suggestions on places to eat or visit in the vicinity and surrounding areas....all of it made our stay perfect, indeed. Great location! Equipped with everything we needed while we were there. Rafael gave us superb directions on how to get there, places to eat and shop. The location is awesome, so close to the tube. I love the street it is on, busy with activity, yet far enough away that it was not noisy, and we slept with the windows open too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Exactly as advertised

the location is excellent; surrounded by a variety of restaurants, supermarket, , 2 metro stations etc. The apartment had all the amenities required to make a comfortable visit. Daniel was an amazing host, communicating all the time. The amazing thing about this property is that it is exactly as advertised, I would not hesitate to stay there again and again.
