Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, ( two in the main bedroom and two in a large confortable sofa bed in the living room ), quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts and overlooking a trees lined-traffic free street, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge, William and Kate.

It offers 55 Sqr/Mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including washer/ dryer, spacious living room with a study/work area and a modern bathroom with bath and shower.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, which you simply must-not-miss during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle/District lines respectively of the London Underground system, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, two bus stops served by an abundance of lines are located a mere 50 metres from the doorstep, granting access to Oxford a Street and famous Selfridges store for example, in less than 10 minutes.

In addition it offers an impressive 55" SAMSUNG LED SMART INTERNET TV with free access to NETFLIX and thousands of movies on demand, súper fast WIFI internet access, two lifts, fire alarm, entryphone, and CCTV system for added security.

Princes Court in Queensway - top location - lovely apartment

We stayed at Princes Court for 5 nights in April. What a top destination for tourists in London!! Wedged conveniently between the two Underground lines Central and Circle, nothing and I mean nothing was more than a quick ride away, or walk even. A few metres from Kensington Gardens, what a beautiful park, shops, cash machines, take away, restaurants, groceries...everything you could ever need for a self contained holliday in London free from the confines of some no name hotel....

The apartment itself was very comfortable and quiet at the side of the building away from the street. All in working order...complimentary coffee machine very much appreciated. Big TV (for catching up on the wide world). Thanks Rafael and staff for a lovely stay.

Location is the best in London! Near Hyde Park

Location is outstanding! Our 4 year old son enjoyed playing in Hyde Park. Notting hill is a few minutes away by foot. The flat is very comfortable. Thank you, Rafael!!

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione!

Ottima scelta se volete essere in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Siamo riusciti a selezionare tutte le caselle dei punti di interesse che abbiamo programmato di visitare grazie ai collegamenti di trasporto supergood. Non possiamo credere che ci sono voluti solo 30 minuti per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto di Heathrow! Rafael era sempre molto attento e la sua squadra è efficiente all'arrivo. Una estancia cómoda, excelente ubicación.

Genial la semana en Londres gracias a la amabilidad y buen hacer de Rafael. Mi hermana estuvo en uno de sus apartamentos el año pasado y nos recomendó sus servicios que desde luego sin excelentes. El apartamento esta muy bien situado, a escasos 50 metros de dos paradas de metropolitano y hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas en la misma calle, para poder desayunar y cenar en casa si se prefiere, nos encantó poder ver nuestras series de Netflix favoritas en el extranjero, en ese acogedor salón. Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Laura

Encantados con uestra elección.

So,o estuvimos tres días en este apartamento pues era la única disponibilidad que había en el mes de Abril...y no nos extraña. Una experiencia excelente, que Rafael hablando castellano, hizo muy fácil y conveniente para nosotros. El apartamento es ideal, muy céntrico, bien decorado y súper limpio. La persona que nos recibió, Dolly, fue muy amable y atenta. Si volvemos a Londres reservaremos con más antelación, esperando poder pasar más tiempo en este apartamento porque nos ha encantado. Lovely apartment in great location

Lots to do within walking distance and steps from two underground stations. You are in the heart of a bustling neighborhood but the apartment is quiet.
