Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, ( two in the main bedroom and two in a large confortable sofa bed in the living room ), quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts and overlooking a trees lined-traffic free street, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge, William and Kate.

It offers 55 Sqr/Mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including washer/ dryer, spacious living room with a study/work area and a modern bathroom with bath and shower.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, which you simply must-not-miss during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle/District lines respectively of the London Underground system, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, two bus stops served by an abundance of lines are located a mere 50 metres from the doorstep, granting access to Oxford a Street and famous Selfridges store for example, in less than 10 minutes.

In addition it offers an impressive 55" SAMSUNG LED SMART INTERNET TV with free access to NETFLIX and thousands of movies on demand, súper fast WIFI internet access, two lifts, fire alarm, entryphone, and CCTV system for added security.

Excellent home away from home :)

The apartment is exactly like in the photos and how Rafael describes it. We had a wonderful time during our stay in London. The apartment was close to two tube stations, 1-2 minute walk away, nice safe area with grocery stores, restaurants and a Starbucks :) I loved walking from the front door of the apartment building to the edge of Kensington Gardens in under 5 minutes. Rafael answers emails and responds quickly to questions and helped me out by sending me information on booking a taxi for our departure day! His apartment was our home for 19 nights and it was so nice to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend anyone visiting London to stay here. Thank you Rafael for the great place and great service :)

Excellent pied à terre whilst visiting London!

Delightfully decorated, this superbly located apartment provided all we needed for a fantastic seven nights stay in this wonderful City. Rafael, his owner, showed great customer care skills and his responses to our queries were always rapidly and efficiently produced. Dolly, his boots on the ground presence and a very charming lady, assisted us and showed us around on arrival. Home, home, home...

We have just returned from a six nights stay in Rafael's apartment and our experience has been flawless. He is the perfect, caring, yet discretely not present host who made all arrangements for a very smooth check. He also provided a welcome pack prior to our arrival, which included loads of tips on transport, restayrants, coffee shops, must sees, days out and every single bit of information on the property and its surrounding...which made us feel like we had lived there forerver from the moment we arrived. The property is impecably clean, confortable and superbly located steps from two underground stations, bus stops and Hyde Park. Home, home, home...Luciana, Gino and little Portia.

Overall satisfaction guaranteed in this inmaculately presented apartment in the best location you will find in London...Everything, and I mean, everything is just steps away including, shops, restaurant, two Underground stops and several bus stops...not to mention Hyde Park at the end of the street! Wonderful Christmas!

A Season to remember, not only for the beautiful Christmas decorations arranged by Rafael in the apartment but also for his kindness and "savoir faire" when due to a severe delay to our flight we thought that we would spend Christmas at the airport. Rafael arranged a very late check in for us and provided useful information for Taxi Services helping us to get home just on time to welcome 2018...Beautiful apartment, vibrant neighbourhood and the best location you can imagine....a Season to remember indeed!
