The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

Wonderful stay at Annamaria's beautiful home in Praiano Wonderful stay at Annamaria's home!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Annamaria's lovely holiday rental in Praiano, Italy, and it was a truly delightful experience! The house was exactly as described - beautifully designed, well-maintained, and provided us with all the comforts we needed for an enjoyable stay. Choosing Praiano as our base instead of the busier towns of Amalfi or Positano was an excellent decision. This charming town offered a more relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. While we did experience some challenges in getting to Praiano from Sorrento during the busy season, this was more of a regional issue rather than a reflection on the rental itself. Additionally, finding Annamaria's house was a bit tricky, but she went above and beyond to guide us over the phone and make herself available as we arrived. Annamaria was an incredibly gracious and helpful host. Despite the minor hiccups, our overall stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend her holiday rental to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the Amalfi Coast. Thank you, Annamaria, for making our vacation truly memorable!

A true soul sanctuary!

We stayed in this property for two weeks in July, and our stay was wonderful and memorable in every way. Annamaria is the most helpful and kind host one could imagine, and the same goes for her father, who generously supplied us with homegrown vegeables and herbs. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and the view from the large terrace is just lovely. As the house is situated in Praiano - a more quiet and low key version of Positano - it gives you a unique possibly to withdraw yourself from the busy and at times rather hectic atmosphere of the other Amalfian towns. So this property is truely a serene soul sanctuary, which we would very much like to return to some day.

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

Just lovely

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

Praiano und Anna Marias ,casa Bianca’ ist wunderbar, um die Amalfiküste zu erkunden und gleichzeitig den lokalen Flair zu erleben. Zu Fuß, mit dem Bus, oder Boot. Wir haben uns ohne Auto eine Woche bewegt. Wir würden Marias Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Grazie ancora Anna Maria!
