This is one of two charming apartments with sea views and balcony Within a large city house called House Malaga. It sleeps 4 and is located in the beautiful and quiet residential area of ​​Pedregalejo in Malaga East. One of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol is just 850m away (10-15 mins walk).

The 45m2 apartment offers beautiful sea views and a lovely balcony. It is located on the second floor and has just been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It features a living / dining room with a newly fitted kitchen and air conditioning, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and bathroom with washing machine. There is a sofa bed in the living room to allow 4 people to sleep comfortably.

Malaga House offers free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine and bedroom ceiling fans. The house is 2 minutes drive from the Malaga ring road making access by car easy and fast. Free street parking is available very close to the house. Along the pedestrian promenade Pedregalejo you will find modern and traditional Both restaurants and bars. Perfect place with beautiful views

We travelled with 2 kids and found this place fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was fully equiped. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again there if we were to visit Malaga again. Thank you Gordon for making our holiday perfect

We had an amazing visit in Malaga. Gordon was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Close to the beach and many restaurants. We enjoyed the view from the balcony the most.

Très bel appartement au dernier étage avec une magnifique vue sur la mer à 10 min. du bord de mer.

Nous remercions le propriétaire Gordon pour son accueil chaleureux, son écoute et ses conseils pour les restaurants du bord de mer. Situé à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Malaga, nous étions très intégrés au cartier résidentiel avec des habitants espagnols, ce que nous voulions. A dix minutes à pied du bord de mer, nous avons apprécié les restaurant ainsi que le poisson grillé à la "braza" sur la plage, beaucoup de charme.

L'appartement était tel que décrit, très propre, très lumineux avec une cuisine super équipée.

Nous avons fait un séjour de 6 semaines et nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

un endroit bien exposé , extrêmement bien tenu !

Gordon est un hôte formidable , l appartement est magnifiquement agencé , équipé et entretenu , des détails remarquables rarement vus dans des locations de tourisme , ainsi que les extérieurs agréablement propres et fleuris .. ! la situation est proche d une entrée d'autoroute et a pied la plage et les restaurants a quelques minutes ! Maison Malaga est donc vivement conseillée !
