Tourist home use with registration number VT-442347-A (CAT. E) it is a two-storey house can accommodate six people, the apartment has been recently renovated and has 120 square meters and a private garden of 250 square meters, is a three minute walk from the beach.

It has three bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, dishwasher ... the washing machine is in the attached garage to the house. The garden features a terrace and an outdoor shower plus garden furniture and a portable barbecue. The top floor has a small terrace for sunbathing from where you have a nice view of the lagoon of salt. The house has satellite TV and free wifi.

Great winter break

We stayed at this villa for 4 weeks in Jan/Feb. Accommodation is spacious, clean and well-equipped. We particularly liked the outside terrace which had sun all day and was perfect for breakfast or evening meal. Of course, with temperatures in the late teens, it didn't always feel warm and the lounge took a bit of warming up in the evenings.

Villa is superbly located just 250m or so from the prom, along which several seaside walks are possible - we walked over 100 miles in the four weeks. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

We would recommend this villa to anyone. Do be aware it is tricky to find, as the Street does not have any name signs and nor is it recognised by satnav systems, so do ask Fernando for a map before you go!

Wunderbare Villa in Calpe in perfekter Lage

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist das Haus ideal für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Der kleine Garten und die Terasse sind sehr ruhig, da kein Durchgangsverkehr da ist. Der Garten ist auch nicht einsichtig.

Die Lage ist ideal, weil es sehr ruhig ist und trotzdem sowohl Strände als auch die Stadt fußläufig erreichbar sind. Eine deutsche Bäckerei ist direkt ums Eck.

Auch mit der Organisation hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir werden diese Unterkunft wieder nutzen und auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

La casa è in una bellissima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia... in una zona tranquilla ha tutto quello che necessita per una vacanza in pieno relax.. ottima la passeggiata sul lungo mare con ristoranti e bancarelle... c'è un supermercato rifornitissimo Lidl con prezzi convenienti ed ottima qualità.. siamo stati BENISSIMO.. consigliatissima

Très agréable petite maison dans une impasse au calme

Nous avons réservé cette très agréable petite maison pour mon épouse et nos 3 enfants.

Maison entièrement rénovée et agréable à vivre.

Les 3 chambres sont climatisées et permettent de laisser une ambiance fraiche.

La maison est située dans une petite impasse et à 300m de la plage et 10' à pied du centre ville : idéal. Elle dispose d'un garage dans lequel nous avons garé notre 807, donc bien grand.

Tout le matériel nécessaire est dispo : table et chaises extérieur pour la cour, barbecue, transat, étendoir à linge, lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, ...

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle station balnéaire typée "Miami" avec son lac salé peuplé de flamand rose que l'on voit de la maison.

Une fête foraine est installée l'été à côté de la maison mais qui ne diffuse pas de musique, juste les rires des enfants et jusqu'à 1h du matin. Rien de bien gênant.

Bref, je recommande vivement cette petite maison protégée au milieu de cette ville de Calp.
