Our 180 square meter (1,938 square feet) condo, located in the Legaspi Towers 300 complex, has served as our family home base in the Philippines for 35 Years. Within the bottom floors of the complex itself is a 24-hour mini-mart, bank, ATMs, hair salon, and dental office, among other businesses. The building has 24-hour security guards on duty.
The condo itself includes air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, linens and bedding, towels and robes, toiletries, hot and cold filtered drinking water in a dispenser, local telephone service and cable television in the living room and each bedroom, WIFI, 2 massage table, and a house safe. A covered and secure car slot is also available free of charge during your stay. Usage of the pool requires a nominal fee charged by the condominium association. Daily cleaning services are provided at no extra charge.
Our 19th floor unit overlooks picturesque manila bay and is directly beside the Traders Hotel, and across the Cultural Center of the Philippines where one can take in a diverse variety of productions, from touring Broadway musicals to independent film festivals. A block away is Harrison Plaza, Manila's first shopping mall, and a short five to ten minute drive from the Mall of Asia and Robinsons Mall. Also within close distance are the Metropolitan Museum of Manila, oceanfront restaurants at Harbor Square, Star City Amusement Park, Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, the varied restaurants and clubs of Malate, the Spanish colonial-era walled city of Intramuros, the Coconut Palace, historic Rizal Park, the U.S. Embassy, Manila Zoo, and the Ocean Park aquarium complex, just to name a few of the nearby attractions.
Honest Assessment by Owner:
Frankly, because the building is one of the oldest residential high-rise complexes in Manila, some refurbishment to the building itself and common areas is needed and the condominium association has been doing so in small chunks over the last few years. However our unit itself was completely renovated recently and was/is only used occasionally by our family as we are all based in the United States. The location of the condo cannot be beat and the ocean and city views are magnificent. Edmund and his wife Eva, our long time property and personal family caretakers, will greet you, orient you to the condo and the area, and will be available twenty four hours a day to address any questions, concerns, or other issues you may have to ensure you have a pleasant a stay as possible.

4) Please do not overload clothes washing machine or
5) No unregistered overnight guests or workers.
6) Furniture: please do not re-arrange or move from
room to room without asking for assistance. This is
to avoid scratching the floors and damaging

We have owned this property since 1970 and for the last 10-15 years used it exclusively for family use. We use it as a jump off point to Europe, Asia Australia and Africa and being close to Guam, we also have used it as a weekend getaway home. It simply is the best location in Metro Manila, close to the airport and all cultural sites and major shopping areas, markets, and clubs and restaurants. After a day out in hectic bustling Manila, it was always a pleasure to return home to our home.
Spacious with magnificent ocean views.
The best attribute in this apartment is room. There is plenty of it and we never felt cramped. Very nice kitchen and the master bedroom is lovely. We would certainly stay there again in the future.
The unit was very big and spacious. It was really clean. Me and my family enjoyed our stay as the employees were very helpful also. They were very helpful as well because we left our key in batangas and had to wait for couple of hours for my brother to arrive. So the custodian drive all the way from fairview just to hand us the keys. And i really really appreciate that. The owner wasnt rude and generous for letting my whole family stay. The price is actually cheap for something that good. So i suggest u go grab ur chance in staying here, it is worth the money. ;)
My business partner and I really enjoyed our stay in Manila and a lot had to do with this nice spacious condo and the great service Edmund and his wife Eva (The property managers) afforded my associate and I. From the time Edmund promptly picked us up at the airport till the day we left. The condo itself was recently renovated and very nicely appointed. It is located in a high rise overlooking Manila Bay. It has three nice bedrooms and two baths, plenty of room for a family or a group of friends. The building has 24 hr security and it's location can't be beat! Ben, the owner was easy to contact when I originally booked the condo and also when I needed to adjust my stay (by one day). You may find less expensive accommodations but certainly not for what this unit has to offer! And again, Thanks Edmund and Ava. I am already looking forward to my next visit! :)
