About this property

Holiday complex with communal pool, only 150m. from the beach and 3km from Dénia. Nearby there are places to shop, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
Semi-detached house with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, living room with TV-SAT, Air Conditioning (facing the rooms so you can cool them) and exit to the small garden with furniture. It has an external staircase that leads to the solar terrace.
Open kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer. To access the pool area are about 50m. Well-kept area with grass, palm trees and other varied plants. There are parking lots in front of the complex.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

El Retiro 29

Lage wie versprochen, blickdichte Terrasse, Küchenausstattung sehr vollständig. Insgesamt ordentlich ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Service im Büro Keine Klimaanlage, was bekannt war aber auch kein einziger Ventilator und die Mückenschutzgitter z.T. an den Klappläden angebracht, die eventuelle Luftbewegungen im Haus zusätzlich blockierten. In den Sommermonaten eigendlich nicht vermietbar ohne Klima, auch nicht bei dem günstigen Preis. CF: werden uns mit dem Besitzer kurzschliesen, damit Er über eine Klimaanlage Nachdenkt.
