Westgate is a 5- star ELITE Gold resort new construction at the top of the mountain with fantastic views. Gated and has 24-hour security. Complimentary concierge service will make you feel welcome from check-in to check-out.The list of free amenities is quite long: All villas have ELEVATOR access, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove with oven, dish washer, microwave)plus kitchenette, flat screen tvs with DVD players, washer/dryer, and gas logs. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping comes in midweek to replace and replenish soaps and linens(no extra charge). Each bedroom has a king size bed with a queen size sleeper in the living room. Unit has deck and jacuzzi. All registered guests have unlimited access to heated outdoor pools, fitness center and an in-door water park(at no extra charge, included in the rental fee, savings of $24.95 per day per person ), and shuttle service to all areas of the resort. Miniature golf , a new outdoor pool and zip line are also available. Fire pits are also available for evening enjoyment.

Awesome condo!!

I must say this condo exceeded our expectations! The pictures are great but definitely don’t tell the whole story with this property. It was definitely a 5 Star property very clean and well built. My wife and I took my daughter and three of her friends. This place was perfect with the two separate living areas. The property location on the resort was great because it was within easy walking distance of the infinity pool and mini golf. The owner was great! Extremely quick with a response to any questions we had! I highly recommend this property! The construction going on was a mild inconvenience but not bad at all. It will be nice to see the resort after the construction is finished! We will definitely be back!!

Spotless! Beautiful view!

We had an excellent experience at this Westgate resort. Staff was amazing. Our personal concierge contacted us daily to see if we needed anything. We had a couple of minor issues...they were handled immediately. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable. The water park was great for the kids! We would definitely recommend this place!

Westgate Resort

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The resort was very nice. Doing a lot of rebuilding right now and I would love to see it when done.

Be prepared to block doors and fight for parking

This condo was very beautiful and clean with beautiful views and decor! The resort was exceptionally nice and the staff is super friendly!. And the waterpark wad great for our kids! I only have a few complaints that are not reflection of the owner of this property at all. I have two small children ( 1&4 ) and there is only one door lock on the doors and if you turn the handle the the door will open whether you have it locked or not, so we had to place chairs in front of the door so our children wouldn't "slip" out. We also asked for a "stick" or rod for the sliding glass door for the same safety purpose and we never received one. The main complaint that I have is there is no regulation on the amount of cars for each unit....we constantly had to fight for a parking space or drive to a totally different set of units and walk carrying groceries or try to wait 15 min for the next tram. So we seen cars parked on the side one day and we thought that we would do the same...well we received warning tickets for parking in front of our condo?? So we left our vacation early due to the hassel of trying to park, it was almost like you didn't want to leave and lose your spot. Very frustrating, I think the condos should be assigned 2 spots with the condo #'s on them so you don't have the inconvenience of trying to find somewhere to park.

Some resorts are perfect for newlyweds or couples only. Some cater more to families. Westgate caters to everyone as individuals. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff works tirelessly to make sure your stay is nothing short of wonderful. From the first time we stayed there, we were captivated. We travel there frequently by ourselves (retired couple). But, we enjoy bringing our entire family and there extended families. Our granddaughter and her husband as well as our grandson and his wife honeymooned there. There is something for everyone, always something to do or you can sit and relax. No pressure. The only 'hustle and bustle' is by the staff moving quickly to make you stay memorable.
