You'll enjoy a home away from home with Hawaiian decor. Private wireless internet, and cable are provided at no additional cost.

Spend 'endless time' watching spinner dolphins, whales, outriggers, SUP paddle boarders, surfers, swimmers, kayaks, para-sailing, cruise ships, and the glass bottom boat tour the bay.

Watch the many parades along Alii Drive, or just chill out listening to the sound of the ocean.

Lounge on our ample teak furniture appointed lanai enjoying the fresh ocean breeze, or take a stroll down Alii drive to enjoy any number of world cuisines including local seafood upscale or down home at one of the many varied restaurants just minutes from your door.

Don't forget about the hundreds of Kona coffee producers that supply our local coffee shops and restaurants. Experience the freshest most unique world renown coffees our island has to offer. The Hawaiian Chocolate company produces chocolate grown here on the island barely 5 miles from your door. Match that with the Vanilla Bean farm in Honokaa and you have gourmet Hawaii style at your fingertips.

The secured entry allows resident only to pool, elevator, BBQ grills, and parking. Furnished with King bed, pullout sofa, Murphy bed, WiFi, privacy blinds, glass top stove and in-unit washer/dryer.

Walk to an event, or walk a few yards and feel the sand between your toes. Watch the body boarders and surfers try their skill on the same waves you'll see and hear from your lanai.

Enjoy easy walking distance access to local events such as the Ironman World Championship, Hawaii International Billfish Tournament, Independence Day parade and fireworks as well as the New Years parade and fireworks. Parades run along Alii Drive directly in front of this condominium.

The world championship Ironman runs directly in front of the unit. Every year the Hawaii International Billfish Tournament is held just of the coast of Kona. In addition to these, there are coffee farm tours, glass bottom boat rides, Stand Up Paddle boarding, Atlantis submarine tours and many many more. Whether walking down Alii drive, just outside your door to see the local shops, restaurants and luaus, or chartering a deep sea fishing boat you'll find a great multitude of action and leisure activities just minutes from your door.

Drive south on Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy (HWH 19) toward Kona.

Turn right onto Palani Road. Turn left at the bottom of the hill onto Kuakini Hwy, the second light.

Drive through three traffic lights and look for Kona Alii on your right. If you see the Mazda dealership on the left you've gone one driveway too far.

Turn right onto the Kona Alii property and onto the parking garage. Your parking space is second from the end on the left. Drive down between the city tennis court and the parking garage to Kona Alii temporary parking to retrieve your keys from the lockbox in the breezeway.

Perfect location, middle of Kona shopping, restaurants, etc. Beautiful condo, is well equipped.

We had the best time in this condo at this location. The view from our private patio was spectacular. One morning we watched the spinning dolphins jumping and playing with people snorkeling. The security was the best, the entire complex is locked at night. The condo has all appliances from coffee maker to washer and dryer. The condo management, Jonas, was very accompanying and available day and evening. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants to relax and take in all "the Big Island " has to offer. Thank you Jonas Rullo for making this vacation the best ever!

Great location and view - well furnished

Great location on Alii Drive, with view of the ocean. Great to sit on the Lanai or sleep listening to the sound of waves. Apartment is well furnished and stocked and tastefully decoarated. The owner even provided maps, and books to read, though we were too busy exploring the island to find much time to read. We loved our stay.

Million dollar view

This condo has a million dollar view AND the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the shore below. Add to that all the boats, outrigger canoes, paddle boarders, cruise ships and parasailing vacationers enjoying Hawaii in the distance. The central location of this condo is perfect.

The condo had everything we wanted, from the king bed, Murphy bed, well-equipped modern kitchen to the newly updated bathrooms. We especially liked the Hawaiian teak furnishings on the lanai and Hawaiian artwork throughout. The owner has thoughtfully supplied excellent Hawaii travel guides, regional literature, information on current events and a nice binder full of places of interest, good restaurants and shopping opportunities.

We hope to rent this condo every winter from now on.

Great place to stay! Close to shopping, restaurants and the ocean.

The property was a great place to stay for our family vacation. It was very convenient as it was close to shopping and restaurants. Thought it may be noisy because it was right next to Ali'i Drive, but even with the patio doors open the traffic was not traveling very fast so was still very peaceful. It was wonderful being able to hear the ocean waves. Saw cruise ships, swimmers and canoers from the Lanai. Binoculars were great for viewing!! Hoped to see dolphins or whales, but it just wasn't the right time of year.

Kids loved the pool area. Very quiet and peaceful. We used it a lot especially when the ocean was just too rough.

Our only concern was that the main bathroom had some paint peeling. Think that it was from humidity. There was a fan that was to be used when doing laundry, but we had it on the whole stay so that when showers were taken we could get the moisture out also. Otherwise wonderful property. Would definitely recommend and will be back to stay. Thank you for a great property to be able to experience Hawaii!!
