Two storey open plan house situated by a communal pool and surrounded by gardens. Two bedrooms, one housing a double bed, the other with two singles. Open plan shower room/basin/WC (upon entering the property). Equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, fridge, electric hob. the shower room is situated at the entrance of the house, so it is only suited for professional couples or a small family..

Car hire highly recommended to reach local supermarkets and nearest town.

House & separate apartment with a guest house feel. Owner lives along side in a PRIVATE VILLA.

House: G/F: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Open plan shower room/WC on entering the property.2nd floor: Equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, electric hob, fridge. Second double bedroom also found on this open plan top floor. Suited to a professional couple or small family because of it's lack of privacy.

Apartment: G/F: Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, gas hob/ oven, fridge, microwave & washing machine. Living area housing double sofa bed & open plan double bedroom. Private alfresco dining. Shared BBQ area and communal pool for all our guests.

Ideally suited to professional couples, small families who want a quiet relaxed break away from it all. Massages, beauty treatments poolside and Yoga can be provided. Car hire needed.

Unauthorized guests: Please be aware that only the names given at the time of booking are entitled to holiday at either of Can Louis private guest house properties. This is for all our guests security and personnel priviacy. No unauthorised guests allowed at anytime. Failure to comply with this may cost you your holiday.

350 euros security deposit on each property is required

The owner manages and maintains Can Louis and lives on site at all times.

back in Holland after a very pleasant stay in Ibiza. The morning we left was an early one after a late night before so we didn't manage to say goodbye to you both.

Thanks for the stay, the fresh sheets, the flowers and the fruit (and the killing chickens! sadly they eat their own baby) .

We all enjoyed even the night at the disco!

A tranquil ibiza hideaway

Excellent location, ideal quiet , just far enough from town to be that peaceful retreat but close enough to visit beaches and supermarkets nearby. Owner on site - always helpful and accommodating - recommended a couple of restaurants locally that did not disappoint and great value for money.

Great location and peaceful holiday

Great quiet house and perfect location, the house was ideal for me and my girlfriend, could have done with a better stove but we managed ok. Owners on site was not a problem they were there if we needed anything but left us alone to enjoy our holiday . My girlfriend loved the chickens roaming around the garden

House of Horror

Last summer, 3 couples and a 4 years old child wanted to spend a holidays in Ibiza and we rented the whole property for us. The pictures were amazing in the website, but we realized that the house was not like that, careless, messy and old. The lights did not work fine, the water in the shower fell in a few drops if it was the time to water the garden...We are spanish people, we have dinner by night, but it was impossible to speak aloud cause the owner did not like and he discussed with us. Impossible to make a bbq because the smoke disturbed to the owners too. So, we had a discussion again. We were watched observed all the time by them. We prefered to spend our time outside the house. The beds in all the rooms was old and broken, like the pillows, then it was impossible to rest fine. The cock woke you up every morning, the cats entered inside the house..

Definitely, never we will come back. Too much expensive to ruin your holidays.

Owner's Response: Hola Susanna. I am a little taken back to say the least that If your stay was so unpleasant. Why may I ask has it taken you this long to write a review. 9 months have passed and I have a concern is that you have forgotten what actually took place. Allow me to refresh your memory with my response on a few points: BBQ: On your arrival you enquired as to whether you could have a BBQ. This of course this was not a problem. But instead of doing the sensible thing, like going to buy BBQ coals and firelighters from the local Tienda, you decided to tear and destroy the bark of off one of my palm trees and then proceeded to search my garden and STEAL some wooden fencing I kept up by my gardening shed to keep your makeshift fire burning. Both these things caused a huge fire in the BBQ chimney with tall flames and thick blue smoke. Consequently this smoke was sent pouring into our private home with the flames almost setting the palm trees near the BBQ alight. As you have mentioned you are Spanish so you should know that Spanish law states that in the summer months, especially in the campo, fires are banned because of the dryness of the vegetation. It does more than alarm me that you think this behaviour is acceptable and that i should of said nothing to you. You destroyed trees and STOLE personal property for goodness sake. Did you lose your security deposits for this? You should of. Noise: Moving on to the noise laws. We have very strict noise laws in ibiza. No 'outside' noise after 12pm. This policing serves the island as a whole and of course adds being respectful to our fellow neighbours. The property is advertised as a quiet peaceful holiday. I remind you that 2am in the morning you were drunk, playing loud music, shouting and screaming and letting your small child run around like crazy. You also think this is acceptable? This behaviour has nothing to do with being Spanish and eating at a later hour. You were kindly asked to keep the noise down for obvious reasons. It was past midnight. None of our Spanish neighbours or friends behave in this manner. To summarise: We trusted you with our holiday homes and you took advantage. You went home with your security deposits in full leaving me with costs to my property. I have quite honestly in over 10 years of renting certainly never had anyone steal from us before. I hope it remains like this. i would like to write more about the beds you broke and the shower but i unable to

We loved the veranda, the pool and the garden - a real oasis - and the surrounding space, including the cats and chickens and even the frogs in the little pond. The quietness was a relief after a day at crowded beaches and San Antony. The interior was spacious, but modest. Nice bathroom. Good supermarkets nearby (if you have a car).

Bien, aunque mejorables algunos detalles

La piscina está genial, pero es una casa en la que los gatos y las gallinas recorren todo el jardín sin limitaciones. Si no te gustan esos animales, mejor elige otro alojamiento. Solo habia 1 rollo de papel higiénico, y cuando se acabó y le pedimos otro al propietario no nos lo dio: no es por el precio, sino por la molestia de tener que comprarlo, como la sal y otras cosas de cocina que podrian estar ya allí...
