Lovely property in an excellent location for a city centre break.
Went to Belfast to celebrate sister in laws 50th birthday. Six of us stayed at the flat and it was and ideal size for us all. Really nice and clean and warm. Fantastic views of city and great location to access all parts of the city. Close to titanic museum and shopping centre. We were able to walk everywhere from the flat. Edel was great to deal with, always responded quickly to queries and let us check in early and check out late. Would highly recommend this flat and location if looking for city centre break to Belfast. We spent 4 nights there, plenty to do. Thanks
Great location and amazing views
Edel was very helpful. We will certainly be back.
Central location, plenty of room
Edel was really helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Apartment a bit tired and surprisingly noisy at night, beds very hard indeed. 10 min walk into town, handy parking and well equipped, best for big groups.
Great location, clean but tired. Bathrooms need upgrade and kitchen had damaged cupboard doors. For cost and being a penthouse we would have expected better.
A bit disappointed as we had guests with us.
Not bad, bring your earplugs, you will need them
For the price we paid this was not too bad. I would rate this number 2 of the 3 places we stayed in the UK. Definitely not as nice as the pictures show.
Edel was very good and very responsive (thank you for picking up the spare key I took to the airport!, stupid me).
Nice large 3 bedroom apartment which is a bit run down, both the furniture, the bathrooms and appliances. The windows are very finicky and often will blow open if you don't secure them just right.
The location of the apartment is great to get to downtown Belfast or the Titanic museum, both within a few minutes of walking.
The location is also very close to the highway and rail lines, which make the apartment VERY noisy during the day and at night (but not past midnight). The windows do nothing to stop the noise and it would have been nice to open them cause it was warm during our stay.
Edel, the toilet seat in the main bathroom is not attached properly and I almost ended up in the water a couple of times. I tightened myself but didn't help that much.
There is an elevator in the apartment and the parking below is just fine.
Kids seem to play quite a bit in the common area, so lots of kid noise, but you can't hear much with your door closed.
Again for the price ,lots of bedrooms(3) and bathrooms (2) so I would recommend for a family.
Exactly as Advertised
We recently spent five nights here, we were driving a rental car and the location was most conveniently situated for arrival and departure as well as parking. Additionally it is a great location for seeing Belfast, a 5 minute walk across the footbridge brings you into the centre of the city and the nearest pub. The unit, on a corner of the building with great views, had everything that one could require, was quiet and very comfortable. Would be happy to return.
