Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I would love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great cosmopolitan area whilst enjoying the comfort of a safe and modern place where all facilities are to the guest's disposition.

What makes this apartment unique

Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city.

I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area.

A quiet space facing the rear of the building and overlooking the neighbour's gardens.

The modern apartment flooded with natural light and fully equipped with comfortable furnishing will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families with kids or gorps of friends -four max - where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweigh those of a hotel.

Easy directions to the apartment from any of the London airports and international train stations. Our guests would not have to worry about getting back to the apartment thus enjoying to the full this amazing city of London!

Perfect location, quiet, spacious

We had great communication with Fabio - We loved the flat and the amenities.

Walk in 2 mn to Earl's Court. Very luminous flat. Close to many grocery stores. COOP has best prices.

The one comment i would make is replacing the bed it 's way too soft. We ended up putting our children in it, and slept on the sofa.

Great experience!

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. Fabio could not have been more friendly or helpful. The apartment itself is conveniently across the street from the tube station. Although located on a busy street, the apt we stayed in (1b) was located in the back of building and was extremely quiet. The apt is equipped with most basics and was clean upon arrival. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable and the double bed in the bedroom was soft but also comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for London

This is an excellent flat, across the road from Earls Court Station, so it is very easy to get on the transport system for London, with 2 lines there.

Fabio is a top host, helpful and providing excellent tips and ideas. These included ways to see London by ferry and from above, theatre (the 50 seat Finborough Theatre, nearby) and places to eat. The flat was great for our needs, with three of us staying - 2 in the bedroom and one on the couch/bed. The place is spacious enough so we did not feel crowded. The kitchen is good although with fairly basic equipment, but enough for our needs. The place was very clean and Fabio was also helpful with access and very welcoming. This place will be top of our list for future stays in London. Recommended.

Great apartment in great position

This is the perfect apartment for exploring London, and then having somewhere comfortable and remarkably quiet to come back to. The pictures give an accurate view of the flat which is spacious, clean and light.

The fact that it is steps from the tube and yet totally quiet at the rear of the building is a huge plus.

Fabio provides a huge array of useful information.

The apartment is three flights of stairs up so remember that if you are traveling with heavy luggage or people with mobility problems.

A couple of wine glasses, Fabio, would have completed the relaxing atmosphere!

Clean and excellent location

We loved Fabio's flat! He was very accommodating, always ready to help wherever needed. Everything was immaculate and provisions above adequate. The best part of all was the location. We went all over the city by the underground and several lines go right to Earls Court which is literally directly across the street from the flat. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Open areas of woodland are located just a short walk away with Holland Park offering 22.5 hectares of gardens, children’s play facilities, sports areas, a cafeteria and large areas of woodland abundant with wildlife, a great place to keep kids entertained. Contained within the park is the beautiful Kyoto Garden; a Japanese garden donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991.

The river Thames is within easy reach where its promenade and Thames path will take you through some of the most picturesque sights as well as some of the best pubs and restaurants in town.
