Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I would love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great cosmopolitan area whilst enjoying the comfort of a safe and modern place where all facilities are to the guest's disposition.

What makes this apartment unique

Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city.

I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area.

A quiet space facing the rear of the building and overlooking the neighbour's gardens.

The modern apartment flooded with natural light and fully equipped with comfortable furnishing will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families with kids or gorps of friends -four max - where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweigh those of a hotel.

Excellent base for London

This is an excellent flat, across the road from Earls Court Station, so it is very easy to get on the transport system for London, with 2 lines there.

Fabio is a top host, helpful and providing excellent tips and ideas. These included ways to see London by ferry and from above, theatre (the 50 seat Finborough Theatre, nearby) and places to eat. The flat was great for our needs, with three of us staying - 2 in the bedroom and one on the couch/bed. The place is spacious enough so we did not feel crowded. The kitchen is good although with fairly basic equipment, but enough for our needs. The place was very clean and Fabio was also helpful with access and very welcoming. This place will be top of our list for future stays in London. Recommended.

Great apartment in great position

This is the perfect apartment for exploring London, and then having somewhere comfortable and remarkably quiet to come back to. The pictures give an accurate view of the flat which is spacious, clean and light.

The fact that it is steps from the tube and yet totally quiet at the rear of the building is a huge plus.

Fabio provides a huge array of useful information.

The apartment is three flights of stairs up so remember that if you are traveling with heavy luggage or people with mobility problems.

A couple of wine glasses, Fabio, would have completed the relaxing atmosphere!

Clean and excellent location

We loved Fabio's flat! He was very accommodating, always ready to help wherever needed. Everything was immaculate and provisions above adequate. The best part of all was the location. We went all over the city by the underground and several lines go right to Earls Court which is literally directly across the street from the flat. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Well Deserved

At first I was a little skeptical because it seemed that everyone gave it 5 stars so I thought it was a scam. But it's real! Just as the pictures, looks new, so clean and comfortable, AC on both rooms for the warmer weather, fast and attentive host, across the street from the station , very nice and safe neighborhood, centrally located, grocery store across the street, restaurants all around. It was perfect, thank you Fabio!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful location, wonderful stay!

This apartment was fabulous! My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage daughters for four nights and it was perfect. The space was beautiful and very clean with lots of natural light. We did some eating in and the kitchen was perfect with everything needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was so quiet--especially since the location is buzzing with great restaurants, a grocery store, bakery and the Earls Court tube station right across the street. We couldn't ask for a better location. Fabio was extremely attentive to anything we needed and was very helpful in giving advice and information on where to go and places to see. This is where I would want to come and stay on my next visit to London! Thank you, Fabio!

A great location and a great property!

This gem In Earls Court is terrific. Well appointed, close to many amenities and great neighborhoods, two minutes to the Piccadilly and District lines (and this conveniencecan't be underestimated), and it has air con, which was a real boon. On top of that. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough. We stay eight nights, and would come back.
