Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great neighbourhood whilst enjoying this great cosmopolita city of London. The apartment is a great secluded hide out to return after a long day out and unwind with its clever layout where all the modern features of a modern apartment are to the guest's disposition.

What makes this apartment unique

Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city.

I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area.

A quiet space facing the rear of the building and overlooking the neighbour's gardens.

The modern apartment flooded with natural light and fully equipped with comfortable furnishing will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families with kids or gorps of friends -four max - where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweigh those of a hotel.

A Real Gem, Location, Location, Location...

As has been written the location of this apartment is a strong point in a couple of ways: Just across the street from the Earl's Court Underground Station makes it very convenient to reach the West End theatre as well as other major tourist spots. And the apartment is very quiet-for me it is great to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the big city.

Fabio is a gracious host and has great suggestions for dining in the area-which there are a plentiful selection. Minor problems were dealt with quickly.

A couple of suggestions: Yes, the kitchen could be outfitted a bit better. Why no microwave when that is the main way for us tourists to heat up quick and easy meals from M&S or Sainsbury's? As mentioned wine glasses would make evening relaxing a bit more elegant, another floor mat in the bathroom. But these are all small issues in the big scheme of things. You good value and it is a very comfortable place

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

Our host, Fabio, was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed, orientated to the flat and the neighborhood in such a warm and friendly way that we felt immediately at-home. The flat was well appointed, very clean and well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Having the tube station directly across the street was very convenient for an early morning departure for touring London and late evening return. We will certainly stay here on our return to London next year!

Fantastic location and great flat for a family! Would book again without hesitation.

We recently stayed a week at the Earls Court flat. We loved the location and it really was steps to the subway station. The flat itself was roomy and quiet.

We were travelling with an 11 month old and Fabio provided a travel cot that was in very good condition. The flat was quiet enough that our baby had no trouble napping or sleeping at any point in the day.

We had a couple of minor fixes that Fabio dealt with same day, communication was quick and helpful!

The only thing I would say would improve would be a tea towel in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. We didn't find these items there and would have brought them with us had we known.

We would definitely book this place again in the future!!

Great location!

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect size for the three of us (two adults and one teen). Location cannot be beat. Steps away from the Earls Court underground station as well as multiple dining locations for eat in or take out, a pharmacy and three small grocery stores. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to friends. The apartment itself is very quiet despite being so close to so much. Easy access from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line. It was very warm during our stay, both the air conditioning and washing machine proved to be quite useful. The only request my husband would make is a pint glass to enjoy a beer. Thank You Fabio for being so easy to communicate with.

Fantastic accommodation.

We just left the apartment and found the location and accommodation excellent. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We did wash our towels part way through, there was only two bath and one hand towels provided for two of us with a five day stay, but it was no issue as we had brought laundry soap and were planning on doing laundry in preparation for the next leg of our trip. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location and cool flat!

Fabio was a great host and the location was amazing. There could a better mattress in the bedroom and some feather pillows. Add a couple dishes cloth and everything would be perfect. Appart from that, great find to visit London.

Open areas of woodland are located just a short walk away with Holland Park offering 22.5 hectares of gardens, children’s play facilities, sports areas, a cafeteria and large areas of woodland abundant with wildlife, a great place to keep kids entertained. Contained within the park is the beautiful Kyoto Garden; a Japanese garden donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991.
