Bath rental

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of 3 couples that stayed at the Governor's for 5 nights. It was a great space. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable shared space. Quite area, but easy walk to anywhere in Bath. Walked to and from the bus and train station with luggage with no problems.

Christmas visit to Bath

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at The Governors enormously. The house itself was great and perfect for our needs. The position and proximity to the town Center and tourist sights was excellent and meant we, a group of 8 adults could take full advantage of what was on offer.

Wonderful place! Makes you feel like a local.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our time at The Governor's. The beds were very comfortable and we had pently of room for the seven of us. It was an easy walk to the Roman Bath and Abbey. Our first night, we headed to the neighborhood pub, The Rising Sun (based on the host's recommendation) and it was a delight.

Outstanding 5*

  • 5 of 5

We have all had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful house. It was like being in a 5* hotel but better because we had the freedom of feeling at home to relax and enjoy together. We spent a lot of time i the kitchen and a very cozy evening in the living room. The house was decorated and furnished beautifully and we all slept well in the lovely beds with lovely spotless crisp white linen. We all loved the fluffy white towels too. We all agreed we would like to stay for at least a week :) Fantastic location, a short walk from the center of Bath. Loved the quirkiness and character of the house. Diolch yn fawr

Perfect location for the centre of Bath, yet very quiet street.

  • 5 of 5

A great location in a quiet area, close to the centre of the City of Bath. Ideal venue for a Family holiday. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably but bedroom with bunk beds only suitable for children. The house is very tall so top bedrooms are three flights up. Well equipped. Good wifi in the kitchen and bedrooms, but not in the lounge area. Lashings of hot water, good heating system and lovely, fragrant cotton sheets! Would definitely recommend it.
