Cabin in the woods feel

  • 4 of 5

Very nice decent size home with a cabin feel to it. Around great scenery and very peaceful. Within an easy drive of Ski Granby Ranch or 20/30 minutes from Winter Park area. Depending on weather.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time here, and we're able to bring our dogs, which is a must for us.

The house is beautiful, and the kitchen was stocked with more "essentials" than other places we've stayed (i.e., we forgot to bring butter/oil, but there's a can of Pam in the cupboard!).

King bed was comfortable!

The bathroom is a bit small, and we do wish the lighting was better, as it was pretty dark in the evenings with all of the lights on ( I try to be conservative with electricity).

Love the quietness due to the remoteness of the location, and the hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful!

Wonderful, well-furnished, and cozy guest house

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a great weekend in the Granby area when we stayed two nights at this great, clean, very nicely-furnished, and home-like guest house. We would love to stay there again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay !

  • 5 of 5

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen is fully equipped and we definitely felt right at home here. The property is very clean inside and out, and we used the outside grill a few times! We enjoyed wonderful views going in and out of Legacy Pines and everything is close by (groceries, gas station, etc).

This location is about 30 mins drive or so from Rocky Mountain National Park and about an hour and half to Estes Park. There are also some rafting tour companies nearby (we went to Kremmling for MAD rafting) as well as several public lands all around. Lake Granby and Grand lake areas are also a very short drive away where you can rent boats. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going out to CO!

The owners do live right next door and are extremely wonderful. Thanks Bill and Deb! :)
