-As a frequent traveler, I believe I am able to anticipate on what my guest might need and expect for a comfortable stay at a rental like mine.

-My rental is thought to be not just nice looking and welcoming, but also functional and as well equipped as possible. The deco is also meant to not be invading, happy but neutral enough for everyone to feel at home while on vacation.

- I feel grateful to be often in a city like Nice and it stunning coastline and mountains.

I am happy to help visitors have a base to enjoy it all while on the French Riviera.

- You will tay in really lively, picturesque and lovely neighborhood.

- I am absolutely obsessed with making ure everything is clean in the apartment. This is a crucial point for me and the staff I hire to clean the flat between each rental.

- I can now achieve this goal by doing a thorough cleaning of the property between each rental.

Clean, modern and spacious

Pierre was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with great access to all areas of the city and public transport.

It was perfect for our needs with our 22 month old. Really clean, modern, comfortable and spacious.

This well appointed apartment is perfect for your stay in Nice. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. We absolutely loved the location and the apartment was perfect! Pierre was nothing but accommodating! We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future to visit again! It is spacious and had a great balcony for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine ...close to everything to enjoy the city and your stay...close to the Old City of Nice, many sights in the area and just a perfect central location for the area. Pierre has a gem here and we would highly recommend this property to future visitors.

Modern & bright great location apartment

Active but quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need is close by including transportation. Apartment is clean, funky lighting, spacious and sunny exposure for most of the day. You have everything you need. The owner is helpful and easy to communicate with.

Spacious apartment that is close to everything

Enjoyed a week long stay in Pierre's apartment . It was a nice base to explore Old Town Nice, the Port as well as Monaco & Menton since the Nice-Riquier train station is less than a 15 min. walk. Lots of restaurants, cafés and boulangeries close by as well as a supermarket. The apartment is very spacious & communication with Pierre was easy & prompt. Thanks again, Pierre, for the privilege of renting your flat!

We stayed at this apartment for a week last year. My husband and i had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The apartment gives you a home away from home experience. Close to shops and literally just a short walk to the port. The apartment is clean, well equipped and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Sebastien was so accomodating and helpful. Pierre was prompt to answering emails and queries.

Will definitely go back and stay given the chance. Hopefully this coming summer.
