Great Location and Facilities, but property needs some repair and painting
Great week, with a great location and facilities, although needs some TLC, outside of house needs re painting still!, also needs better inside cleaning
The cottage was lovely and clean and sofa s and beds very comfortable. The children loved the indoor swimming pool and playground. The only disappointment was the lack of rubbish recycling on the site.
Thanks so much for taking the trouble to write a review and I'm so pleased you all had a lovely time. We have offered recycling on site in the past but unfortunately a good proportion of the items were not sorted correctly and the bins were rejected by the recycling company! I think it's time to look into it again though. In the meantime we are hugely fortunate to have a large recycling centre in Devonshire Drive at the top of the road. I will check that I have included this information in the welcome pack. Thanks again.
Clean comfortable and warm
Just needs a little TLC on outside but would definitely stay here again. In ideal location for lots of attractions and the Sun Inn pub down the road does good food and onsite pool is clean warm and quiet.
Thank you David. I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay. We tend to eat at The Parsonage Inn so with your recommendation we will try The Sun Inn next time we visit.
You are absolutely right about the exterior of the property needing some TLC. Now that the weather is a little dryer we will be commencing painting next week. I do hope you will come and stay again one day.
Best wishes, Rachel
