All rooms overlook the Mediterranean and you never get tired of admiring the magnificent sunrises, even from your bed! Spacious, well equipped apartment with fantastic views

The spacious apartment and balcony was ideal for our family of 7 people and was fully equipped to a high standard and very comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos.

The maintenance of the complex gardens and pools was excellent. The gated entrance provided a peace of mind security.

Alain was very efficient and informative, the arrival instructions, including maps were first class and despite arriving at midnight, the key collection and locating the apartment were no problem.

The location was only 5 minutes’ walk to the pretty marina with its shops, bars and restaurants.

We would recommend this apartment as we had a lovely stay and intend to visit again.

Dejlig lejlighed med god udsigt

Vi boede i lejligheden i 9 dage og havde en dejlig ferie. Der er kun 2 min. gang til marinaen, med

restauranter, pubs og cafeer. Der er en dejlig terasse, hvor især morgensolen er super. Et minus er at der ikke er sol om eftermiddagen og aftenen. Måske ikke så stort problem i sommerperioden, men det blev rigtigt kolde om aftenen (april).

Regarding the sun in the afternoon, the vast gardens and solariums by the swimming pools are planned to make the most of the sun.By contrast, enjoy the sunrise from 7:30; it is very pleasant and it allows you to have breakfast on the terrace at an exceptional temperature and more, it warms the whole apartment.

Lovely relaxing experience

The apartment was first class, just as described. The surrounding area we found suited our needs down to the ground. Restaurants, bars all a short walk from the apartment. A super boardwalk which stretched for some considerable distance allowing for walks in the sun with good café and bars along the way for when the feeling took us. We visited in early October and found the atmosphere in the development very quiet and peaceful with the gated entrance adding to that feel. Alain was very efficient, informative and easy to deal with (google translate helped!). We would certainly consider returning.

Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views

We holidayed here for 11 nights and wished we had booked to stay longer as we hated leaving this wonderful apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa. I loved breakfasting on the balcony every morning watching the waves roll in and at night sitting there listening to the wonderful night sounds of crickets and frogs coming from the little river running alongside the complex.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay, we really appreciated the supply of pool towels and the beach chairs and umbrella's made our trips to the beach very easy. The complex is very well run and there was never any problem getting sunbeds. The port is only a 2 minute walk away with lots of great value restaurants' and bars. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.
