Flat with nice view, sunny, south

We rent a 27m2 flat with bedroom in Val Thorens (2300m) , located in the residence Temples of the Sun / The CUZCO - 4 th floor.

The flat consists of a main room and a bed room with window, ideal for 5 people (no pets and no smoking). suitable 2 couples - 2 double beds , one in living room (140 x190) and one in the bed room (140 x190). There is another bed in bedroom (80x190) The flat is clean, the renovation has been done in summer 2016.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, 2 hotplates.

There is a bathroom with tub. The toilet is separete.

The balcony is covered.

flat screen TV 32 ", USB port.

Access to the slopes is directly by elevator. The ski locker is at the slopes.

There are shops, a supermarket in the residence, and the departure of ski schools are nearby.

All charges and local taxes are included in the price.

Cleaning and storage, end of stay, are not included.

The flat must be left clean and tidy.

Val Thorens, located in Savoie is Europe's highest resort and is the culmination of the 3 Valleys. It offers 600 km of ski slopers, making it the largest ski area in the world: Les 3 Vallées.

Val Thorens is a pedestrian resort, parking is mandatory.

The P2 car park is close to the studio.

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment is located right on the slopes and a close walk from most of the shops and restaurants.

There is a small grocery store inside the building which came in handy.

It is a small apartment, but has a nice balcony with lots of sun, we had a good time.

Studio moderne et belle vue

Très belle vue depuis le balcon sur les pistes et la montagne, très ensoleillée.

Studio bien rénové, moderne.

En 5 minutes à pied nous arrivons au centre.

Des verres à vin seraient un petit plus...

Propriétaire sympathique il nous a prévenu qu une tempête arrivait et que les routes seraient mauvaises le jour de notre arrivée.

Kleine en eenvoudig 2 kamer appartment

Appartement is zeer eenvoudig en aan renovatie toe. Voldoet als je budget beperkt is, maar verwacht geen luxe. Klein balkon op westen, dus middag en avond zon.

Owner's Response: Nous venions juste d'être propriétaire, l'appartement n'était pas rénové. Il était tout de même très propre et pas cher. Il va être rénové pour la saison 2016/2017 et sera donc beau, propre, agréable. Il a été rénové, il suffit de voir les photos. Just come to be an owner, the apartment was not renovated.It was very clean and cheap. It is going to be renovated for the season 2016/2017 and will be beautiful, clean, pleasant.
