This natural lighted apartment has a warming and inviting design and a unique view so you can rest day after day and enjoy it, after discovering the amazing city of Lisbon.

The apartment is furnitured to welcome up to four people. On the first floor there is a living-room with a big and comfortable double sofa bed very easy to use, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a reading corner with two armchairs and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sunset over Lisbon!

Situated on the third floor of a buiding without elevator.

A portable cot is available and can be required in good time, with no extra cost.

In the same building, you can also rent our ground floor apartment perfect for until two persons and our 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment that can hold up to four persons.

Great views and location. Perfect for your visit to Lisbon.

The apartment was light and airy with great views. It's located in the quaint Alfama district which has a personality like I've never experience before, truly a treat. Ana was welcoming and so helpful. The apartment is clean and offers all the comforts of home. It is right near the metro. If you travel there via the metro get directions directly to the apartment; the small walkways, hills and cobblestone paths make it tricky. It's nice to know exactly where you are going while dealing with luggage. There are lots of stairs which was not a problem for me and my two teenage daughters, but it is not to be taken lightly. Enjoy!

Perfect cozy apartment with the best location and view

We had an amazing time walking to many land marks from this apartment and viewing the water from the private roof top terrace. The apartment itself was clean, decorated well, and comfortable for four adults. The best place to watch the sunset from!

A delightful romantic pad for two in the very heart of Alfama

Last year we spent a delightful sunny Christmas in this apartment. This year we moved on to New Year and although the weather was a bit less sunny (though pretty warm), it was also a delight. You couldn't be better placed for the immediate charms of Alfama, restaurants, wine bars, fado, craft and gift shops – and an outstanding convenience store just 30 yards from the front door, open all hours. The walk into town is easy and the nearest metro and a taxi rank are just down the hill.

On New Year's Eve we could watch the spectacular fireworks in the city and around the great estuary from the rooftop balcony (just right for two) and there was the added interest of five cruise ships, including the Queen Elizabeth, turning up in full view just down the road over the period.

Just one word of warning, the apartment is on the third floor up some steep and narrow stairs. Aged getting on for 79 I was fine, but if your knees are dodgy this is not for you. Otherwise a perfect winter get away. For real romantics of a certain age go to the tapas restaurant down the steps by the apartment and turn left - at the end of the road (Jardim do Tabaco) on the other side. The food is outstanding, music and service charming and there is a photo of Sean Connery and Michelle Pfeiffer there taken during the shooting of 'The Russia House'. Not to be missed, but you should make a reservation.

Unique neighbourhood, stunning views!

This is a quirky, well equipped apartment in the memorable neighbourhood of Alfama. The balcony off the bedroom has stunning views of the Lisbon waterfront. Please note there are steep sets of stairs both outside and inside the apartment, and sloped ceilings in the bedroom. Ana, our host, was gracious and set us up with everything we needed.

Sunny Lisbon!

Cute apartment overlooking the sea. Nicely furnished and updated right in the middle of a very old, historic city. Ana is great! She met us to show the easiest way to apartment and even helped us get our bags to the apartment. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by (wear comfortable shoes).

Alfama is one of Lisbon’s most typical and old neighbourhoods. It goes from the São Jorge’s castle until the Tagus River. It’s distinguished by its narrow streets, populated by small buildings, churches, nooks and small squares that survived the 1755 earthquake.

In this neighbourhood where modernity and tradition coexist, there are several belvederes with the most amazing views over Lisbon and the Tagus River. In almost every corner the Fado can be heard and seen. There are many restaurants serving delicious traditional food. To dive into Lisbon’s history, the São Jorge’s castle, the cathedrals, the monasteries, the chapels and the various ruins should be visited. Culture is also very present through the museums, the live-music pubs, the art galleries, the theatres and the book shops that you can go to.

All this is what you can see only in the Alfama’s neighbourhood. Can you imagine how much is there to see in Lisbon? Come and find it for yourself! We would be delighted to welcome you!
