Daily ferry rides to the exclusive secluded Shell island for beach dives, swimming with manatees, picnics and restful naps. It is a quiet neighborhood with that small town atmosphere. World famous Hurricane Restaurant and bar is just a short walk to 8th Avenue which boasts unique art galleries and shopping. Stop by Bamboozle for a keepsake treasure from Pass-a-Grille. There is a local Trolley available for a ride through the beach communities and to the Don Cesar Beach Resort for a drink at sunset. Great location for seeing sunrises and sunsets! Had a few problems but the owner was quick to respond and took care of them as fast as she could. The owner was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. House does need a little work but over all I really enjoyed my stay and was the perfect place for my Dog and I to enjoy a month in Pass a Grille Fla
Location is fabulous, the cottage is so-so.
We loved the location, just off the beach. But the house was dark. They need better lighting. The bedroom with the queen bed is a small converted garage, and doesn’t even have a closet. And what’s with the towel as a curtain for the bathroom window? Overall, it’s a place by the beach, but it needs work,

Who could ask for a better location than the cozy cottage. Less than half a block from the gulf and the same to the bay on the other side. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pass-A-Grille is quiet, historical, and beautiful. The cottage kitchen has everything we needed for food prep. With a little updating the cottage would be perfect. We'll definitely visit again.

Our family had one of the best week vacations of our lives while staying at this cottage. It is quiet, a stones throw from the white sandy beach, and very clean. It is well stocked with towels, linens, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and plenty of cookware. Once you are here you never need to leave the island again. Local grocery store, restaurants, and fresh fish available accommodate your every need. Pass a Grille has always been one of our favorite beeches, and we can not wait to stay here again.

If your looking for a simple beach getaway, this will do the trick. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans ready for a visiting cook. Steps from the beach and all the conveniences of being at home. We enjoyed our staycation here and will probably rent again! 💙

If tenant cancels this agreement less than 45 days prior to rental agreement arrival date, tenant shall release total of deposit specified and all monies received by owner may be retained. Owner may cancel this agreement due to any unforeseen circumstances at least 90 days prior to rental agreement arrival date and advance funds will be refunded to tenant.
