Good location. Needed some housecleaning.

Good location. Great to be met and review how things work. Kitchen appliances needed better housecleaning but the rest of the home well kept. Good communication with property manager.

1st rate, really pretty, fully equipped and well-cared for terrace cottage

Clean, well-maintained, very well-equipped end of terrace cottage home. Graham was very polite and helpful - met us at the cottage and informed us of all we needed to know. He was quick to resolve a couple of minor issues, other than that, the home was fab. Log burner in the lounge, every gadget and bowl needed in the kitchen. Dishwasher worked a dream and hob/oven and fridge etc. were all pretty new and excellent. Parking is via Resident Zones and Graham gave us visitor permits for our stay. Cottage located directly behind one end of West Cowes High Street where there are a plethora of taverns, restaurants and cafes and some lovely shops for browsing. Can find no fault with this property, only an array of +'s!

Lovely property, perfect location

We stayed here for the festival. The location was great for the ferry and perfect for getting a water taxi up to the festival. With the town centre just around the corner there were loads of options for shopping, eating and drinking. The property was clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly have needed. Graham was super helpful and picked us up from the ferry and took us to the house, even though it was only a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Superb property, fantastic location

I was very impressed with this property from the moment I walked through the door. The pictures I had seen online did not do it justice!

I stayed for 5 nights with my 12 year old son and his friend and there was more than enough space for all of us including 3 bathrooms!

The location is superb, just a few steps away from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the high street and 5 minutes from the marina.

Tip top Wifi and mobile coverage was important to me as I needed to work and I couldn't fault either.

We will be back!

Great house, great location

The house is really well-placed in a quiet residential street, but only two minutes walk from the shops and pubs of Cowes, the harbour, and a few minutes more to the beach where seals are currently visiting. It has pretty much everything you need to cook with and is nicely renovated with a sweet garden, equipped with a garden table and chairs. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean and cosy. A nice touch is the provision of some kitchen essentials; cooking oil, teabags, coffee, etc. Graham was extremely helpful and even put some milk in the fridge for us. We booked at the last minute for July and I consider it great luck that this house was available. We have no hesitation recommending this house as a base for holiday on the island.
