Big apartment, Ideal for families looking for quiet location with excellent access to all Puerto Pollensa has to offer.3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1 ensuit. Beach few steps centre 2 minutes. Terrace for al fresco dining and mountains views open. Heating and air cond.Spacious apartment 2nd floor with AIR COND. (dining room and master bedroom), and heated in all the bedrooms, bathroom and diningroom. Fully equipped and very tastefully furnished.

The apartment has been decorated (2010)to a high standard, and you can enjoy with a TV with DVD, HOME CINEMA,MP3, SATELLITE TV.

Situated in a quiet block behind Paseo Saralegui, only 80 metres from the main promenade beach of Puerto Pollensa. The centre (square, church...) is only 5 minutes walking and the shops and supermarkets just 100 metres. . The beautiful pine walk is only a few minute walk.

There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), spacious kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave...) and utility room with washing machine,safe.

It has a bright living-room leading to the big terrace (12 metres) with mountain views and with al fresco dining.

Also, you can contact the owner at any time.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Porta Pollensa. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect: the beachfront is close, there is ample parking nearby and it's directly across the street from a small nature reserve. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the vicinity yet the apartment is quiet and relaxing. Maria, the property owner, was very friendly and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy and that we enjoyed our stay. She always answered her emails very quickly. We've stayed at numerous vacation rentals and Maria provided the best customer service of any property owner or manager we've dealt with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the property.

The perfect base in Mallorca

As a group of adult couples on a cycling trip to Mallorca this accommodation couldn't have been bettered. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Having 2 twin rooms, shower room and a master suite with an en suite bath was ideal and there was plenty of hot water for those much needed post ride showers. The living and dining space easily accommodated us and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There's a well stocked supermarket just up the road and convenience shops nearby. The views to the surrounding mountains from the balcony was fantastic

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your comment. Many groups of cyclists choose our apartment for its tranquility and large space inside to store bicycles which are often very expensive.

Très bonne location

Appartement très spacieux à 2mn de la mer, de nombreux restos à proximité, très calme. Cet appartement doit être d'autant mieux en été car le salon est exposé plutot nord donc juste le soleil pour la fin d'apres midi sur la terrasse !

"Wir waren im Oktober 2011 in dieser schönen gepflegten Ferienwohnung.Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, denn es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und entgegenkommend.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist zwar nicht die Schönste, aber das gleicht die Nähe zum Meer u. Strandpromenade wieder aus."
