Notes:
I provide home bath towels and kitchen and bed linen. Cleaning the apartment and change of sheets and towels is done on Saturdays. Maximum occupancy of 6 people. placing extra beds or sleeping bags are not allowed to sleep more people. Reservations- An advance payment of 50% of the amount of income is required to reserve the apartment. The total value of the lease must be paid up to five (5) days before the date of arrival. A security deposit of € 200 refunded 72h after inspection of the apartment is required. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations that are made with more than thirty (30) days notice will not have any penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shorter stay, made less than 30 days from the date of arrival, will be penalized by the payment of the reservation signal. Early departure is not entitled to a refund.

An excellent property, it suited our family's needs, 2 adults and 3 children.

We had a great stay at Los Arcos. It is a lovely property and we loved the pool area as well. It is located in a lovely area, just a short walk to the top of the Vilamoura, and then only another couple of minutes to the lovely Marina area. I loved the Zona Vide walkway to Vilamoura, it was so safe and just a very nice place to walk. It is also close to Falesia beach.

The apartment itself was great, fully equipped, well maintained and very nicely furnished. We loved the terrace in the evenings (a pity we could not BBQ, although having said that, I don't think I saw anyone BBQ'ing), and we loved the pool area or beach during the day. The living and sleeping areas were excellent, and the air-conditioning was excellent. There is a SPAR close by and a few restaurants as well, if you didn't fancy going into Vilamoura Marina area every night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Los Arcos.
