Conillet is a beautiful barn conversion with spacious accommodation and 'home from home' comforts. The large lounge area, with central woodburner, has a double height ceiling, plenty of comfy sofas and steps up to the dining room with 12 seater dining table and archway to the well appointed modern kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (sharing a shower room and toilet) - one with doors opening out to the garden. Stairs from the lounge lead to a galleried landing with 2 bedrooms on one side of the barn sharing a bathroom/toilet and a bridge across to 2 further bedrooms that share a bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and toilet.
The property is in a peaceful rural location with a south facing garden overlooking acres of countryside. Just 2km from Ceauce which provides for all of your everyday needs but also within convenient reach of the medieval town of Domfront or Mayenne with its bustling town on the river. Ideal central location for touring the historical sights of Normandy.
Conillet has been our home for the last 15 years and is full of memories - we hope you decide to visit and add your own.
