The (156 sq.m) residence is situated in a a small complex of five appartments ,two tennis courts and a large patio including a pool (20x10,3m) with wooden sun loungers in a peacefull hill over agrari beach

it offers the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends. Situated in the south part of the island it forms part of a small development called Agrari Village constructed in 2009 with high architectural standards. Perched on the slopes of the hill overlooking Agrari bay it enjoys stunning view of the wildness of the mykonian lanscape

Cozy interiors and spacious outdoor areas with the large 20x10 ,3 pool , create a relaxed ambiance, while beautiful sandy beaches are only a few minutes drive away.

Constructed with Myconian rock, it is perfectly integrated in the landscape and provides a combination of traditional architecture (50cm-thick stonewalls, wooden pergolas, stone-built sofas and wooden tables) with modern amenities and elegant decoration.

The residence (156sq.m) is on ground level just in front of the pool. Going in there is a spacious sitting area, dining area for six guests,small guest bathroom, as well as an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. The sitting area directly accesses the protected from the wind veranda with a dining area for six guests and the outdoor veranda with the POOL.

Moving further in the ground level features two bedrooms: one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a couch (bed) for a 3rd person ( child or adult ) to sleep

The sitting area, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects, opens up to a large pergola area with stone-built couch where you can relax al fresco enjoying the pool view and the original myconian landscape.

The residence can accommodate up to 5 guests. guests.


Closest beach: The well-known Agrari beach, offers an organized beach, bar ,restaurant self service aqua sports ,It is a family beach that has become famous among tourists.

Elia and Super Paradise Beaches, 5 min drive .

Closest village: Ano Mera, 3 km

The traditional village of Ano Mera is only five minutes drive away. The village offers market, shops and a variety of restaurants around the main square. The monastery of 'Panagia Tourliani' at the edge of the village is also worth visiting.

Occupants:The tenant shall not permit the apartment to be occupied for longer than a temporary visit by anyone except individuals listed below and except and the children born to or adopted by such individuals joining the time of this lease however the landlord reserves the right to terminate this lease if the additional occupants would render the apartment overcrowded (max Occupancy five (5) persons including the tenant).

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
