About the property

A delightful 2 bedroom (ground floor) apartment.

1 large double room with kingsize bed and 1 twin room.Fully equipped kitchen /diner and a family bathroom with bath and shower .spacious lounge with a large comfy sofa and access to the south facing patio with bbq and table and chairs.

2 swimming pools to choose from and less than a 10 minute walk to Burriana beach.

Air conditioning.

Free wifi and English tv.

Free welcome pack.

All towels provided including beach towels.


The laws have changed in Spain regarding Rental properties.

We now are required by law to have a paper copy of passports, for all persons staying at our apartment.

Please can you bring with you a copy OR email me a copy of every persons passport who is in your party. (This might be the easier option for all concerned! So you can just get on with your holiday)

Failing this I can take a picture of your passports once you arrive at the apartment. (When we do our meet and greet)

We apologise for any inconvenience, but the matter is out of our hands and we don't want to break the law.

Nice owner, but would not recommend the apartment 😕

We went the mid March. The apartment was cold and feet damp, the air con/heating was not working. We advised Sean on The Monday he came Tuesday got the unit in the main bedroom to work and left the door open to warm the rest if the apartment. He asked what he wanted him to do, get a small heater or get the air con/heating repaired. I said, the cheapest for him, I would presume, is a small heater.

There was no response to my text and when we came home on Wednesday teatime, no heater and units still not working. I text Sean, no response. My sister went to a local store to buy a heater, she’d been out the door 15 minutes and Sean turned up with a heater. Whilst Sean was still there she came back with the heater, so we had a €25 heater we now didn’t need. Sean did apologise for not texting back but no offer of a refund on the heater!!

We made use of the one hot water bottle and blankets all week.

There were lots of little niggles which all added up to a miserable week.

The apartment wasn’t that clean, shame I can’t upload photos to show you.

- the throws covering the settees needed washing

- the rug on the floor needed washing

- the kitchen cupboard had been wiped over but dirty streaks left on them

- dust on the painted doors

- units in the bathroom had seen better days

- rusty bathroom shelf, rust spot in the bath, covered by bath mat.

- air freshener in all the wardrobes and bathroom indicating a problem

- one of the two plug sockets in the kitchen was loose in the wall

- the bin lid was dirty not been wiped over from previous guests

I could go on. We had a problem with the table, which I won’t go into.

It was a good way from the front a good 15 minutes downhill, which meant coming back up was a hard slog. Town centre 20 minutes.

On the plus points

- a good Chinese restaurant at one end of the apartment block

- a bar at the other end (be warned, we were ripped off in this bar)

- local shop 5 minutes away

- small cafe over the road and up a bit, plus a bakery.

- the pools looked good, but we didn’t use them, it was too cold

For the money we paid we were very disappointed. First time I’ve used HomeAway, I’d be very wary of using them again if this is the standard of accommodation they put on their site!

Lovely apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a relaxing break.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here in October. The apartment is spacious and light,decorated to a high standard (much more modern than others we have stayed in in the same complex) and had everything we needed. The owners had kindly provided some food and wine for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The complex is very well maintained, with a choice of pools, never too busy and the beach isn't far away. It's an easy walk into the centre of town and there's a shop which had everything we needed just around the corner. Would be perfect as a base for exploring the area, or for an incredibly relaxing break in the sun. Will definitely be back!

Excellent in all respects

Beautifully maintained apt with every facility(dodgy toaster but who cares ! Pam and Sean were not only welcoming personally but provided a lovely welcome pack of the essentials, wine obviously being one! Thanks so much . Great complex, close to everything.

Very peaceful complex! Lovely apartment, really well maintained and comes with all you need for your stay! A very comfortable week long stay! Close to burriana beach, centre of Nerja and shops! The pools are great, if you fancy a day taking it easy! I recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday in Nerja! Pam and Sean were a pleasure to deal with, they were accessible if needed and made us feel very welcome! Thanks a million for our welcome pack! We hope to stay again! Thanks guys! Xxx

Fabulous appartment

We loved this property - clean and spacious with an outdoor seating area, all the kitchen and bathroom facilities you need, and plenty of room to sit and chill indoors. Close to beach and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The owners, Pam and Sean are pleasant and helpful and they even supplied some basics for our arrival, bacon, eggs, milk, bread, bottle of wine etc. so we had time to find our feet and not be in a hurry to find the nearest supermarket. The building is set back from the main road so wasn't at all noisy at night. The appartment also had info on places to go, local maps, Spanish dictionary, DVDs, games and more! Very happy customers - highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

A central location within walking distance of Nerja town and Burriana beach. Handy supermarkets close by. A bright, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The communal areas are well looked after with a choice of two pools.
