This south facing apartment is on the second floor of an Art Deco building. It's situated on the corner of Western Road (Brighton's main shopping street) and Dean Street (the entrance is on the latter). Absolutely perfect for shopping and night life! You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out - Brighton's best eateries are within a walking distance, and if you're feeling a bit lazier - most of the main fast food chains are literally within a stone's throw.
Pretty much all of Brighton's major attractions, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance but if you fancy venturing further afield there is a bus stop just outside and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to Brighton railway station.
The flat comprises a large open plan living space encompassing a lounge area, dining room and kitchen - a great place for socialising. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room with a hand basin - so there's less of a queue for the bathroom in the morning. The second bedroom can be either double or twin, just let me know and I can rearrange the furniture. The main bathroom has a bath (with shower over it), toilet and basin.

Due to the building type unfortunately it is not accessible for wheel chairs or those with difficulties with stairs (2 flights).
If you are driving to Brighton, parking can be pricey and not necessarily convenient. If you are driving, please enquire and I may be able to offer some advice or help.
Please be aware that as a city centre property there is a level of noise throughout the day and night (especially for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed). If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you, or bring some ear plugs to be on the safe side!
