Very quiet and peaceful.
Lots of privacy, recently upgraded to satellite TV and Internet.
Everything was as expected; host was friendly; the required things well stocked.
The people who rent the cabin are the best they made our stay very special we didn't get to talk a lot with them because we where so busy but they made themselves readily available and even gave us firewood for the fireplace and 2 gallons of distilled water at no extra charge. They location was perfect and so where the views. There house may be right next to the cabin but you wouldn't know it when your there. Absolutely loved it and will return.
This property is a lovely place to stay with all the conveniences of home in a beautifully outfitted guesthouse. Far enough off the beaten track to be a quiet escape but just a short drive to Roseburg. Owners are great; friendly people and the farm is a pleasure to see. The view out the back is classic Oregon.
We spent 3 days at this lovely guesthouse - relaxing and reading. Sitting on the porch swing affords a sweeping view of the property down to the trees by the creek and the hills beyond. Enjoyed the cows, chickens and goats. Even had farm fresh eggs and blueberries. Terry is very friendly and helpful.
Sam built the house and the adjoining "mother-in-law" apartment and it is wonderful - modern, spacious, well designed. Although he and Terry cannot take credit for the scenery, they sure picked a great place to build both structures. Accommodations were wonderful and special touches like fresh fruit and homemade muffins added to our stay.
