3 room ground-floor apartment, 60 m² in villa in quiet residential area 6 km north west from Málaga town centre, located in the district Puerto de la Torre. It is situated on a 1200 m² plot on a hill with a magnificent view of Málaga, the sea and mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living/dining room with kitchenette, garden with several terraces, flood lit private swimming pool, 400 m² lawn, trees, barbecue and outside shower. The apartment is on garden level, so it has direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

Washing machine is in a washing room, separate from the apartment. Several terraces in the garden. Direct access from the apartment to the swimming pool and garden. The owner lives on the same plot and has own terraces. The guests have a separate entrance to the plot and to the apartment. There are no other apartments on the plot and no other guests to share the pool, garden and terraces with, thus for sole use of the ground floor apartment.

Amazing view!

We had a wonderful few days here with Marianne taking good care of us! The view over Malaga was awesome and well worth the climb up the hill. Having our own pool was lovely.

The apartment had every thing we needed and we would certainly come back.

L' appartement se situe dans la villa de Marianne, sur les hauteurs de Malaga, à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville. Il est spacieux, lumineux et très confortable. Pouvoir se rafraichir dans la piscine et diner sur la terrasse dans le grand jardin avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur Malaga est un vrai plaisir. Marianne a été une hôte accueillante, discrète et disponible pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Owner's Response: TRANSLATION: VERY PLEASANT STAY ON THE HEIGHTS OF MALAGA The apartment is located in the villa of Marianne, on the heights of Malaga, a few kilometers from the city center. It is spacious, bright and very comfortable. Being able to refresh in the pool and dine on the terrace in the large garden with its exceptional view of Malaga is a real pleasure. Marianne was a welcoming, discrete host and available to make our stay very enjoyable.

Wundervoller Blick über die Stadt, super Lage, toller Garten, schöner Pool!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Malaga. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wundervoll. Der Blick über die Stadt ist sensationell und genauso, wie die Fotos es versprechen. Unsere Mädchen waren sofort verliebt in den Pool, die sehr viele Schwimm- und Spielmöglichkeiten bot. Der Garten ist sensationell, es ist schön, überall auch Schattenplätze finden zu können und die Auswahl aus drei verschiedenen Terrassen zu haben! Auch bei Hitze weht auf dem Hügel immer ein kleines Lüftchen.

Das benachbarte Hotel bemerkt man wenig, es ist sehr ruhig. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, Garten und Pool ungestört nutzen zu können.

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Platz zum Kochen ist klein, aber es ist gut möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit, aufgrund der Lage auf dem Hügel ist ein Auto von Vorteil.

Die Verkehrsanbindung zu verschiedenen Ausflugszielen ist super, den Weg in die Stadt haben wir meist bequem mit dem Bus zurückgelegt.

Marianne ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen und bedanken uns nochmal für die schöne Zeit!

Owner's Response: TRANSLATION: WONDERFUL VIEW OVER THE CITY, SUPER LOCATION, GREAT GARDEN, NICE POOL! We had a great week in Malaga. The location of the apartment is wonderful. The view over the city is sensational and just as the photos promise. Our girls were immediately in love with the pool, which offered a lot of swimming and playing facilities. The garden is sensational, it is nice to be able to find shadows everywhere and to have the choice of three different terraces! Even in the heat, there is always a small breeze on the hill. The neighboring hotel is very quiet, you hardly notice it. We always felt that we could use the garden an pool without being disturbed. The apartment is simply furnished, but we have found everything we needed. The place to cook is small, but adequate. Shopping possibilities are not far, because of the location on the hill a car is recommended. The traffic connections to various excursion destinations are great, we usually made the way to the city by bus. Marianne is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would always book this apartment again and thank you again for the nice time!

Beautiful views, very relaxing

Amazing views over Malaga. Lovely pool.

The villa has everything you need, including a small kitchenette, but it is the outside that is impressive.

Lovely garden with plenty of places to sit, the pool is large enough for a splash around.

It is at the top of a steep hill, car is definitely needed, and a confident driver!

Awesome place to have vacation

The House location is very convenient. Space around the house is quet and you you can find a corner to be with full privacy. Marianne (landlord) is very helpful in any kind of request. Panorama and view from the pool side to the city is outstanding and more over you can enjoy by that whanever you want during your visit.

Our stay at this spot was a wonderful combination of nature, sea and urban vibes.

The uniqueness of this spot was the wonderful view over the city 6 km from you front door, the sea in front of you and the mountains in your back. The amazing view touched us every moment again. Its the best balcony of Malaga :). The garden is big and romantic with lot of nice sitting corners. It was so luxury jumping in the pool watching te view and knowing within 15 minutes you have your lunch in the centre of Malaga!!! The house was comfortable and complete with a very nice serre. Our landlady was very helpful and sweet. We had full privacy in the house and in the garden and we felt real rich ladies walking and wandering around there.

We worked here on a project and were at home a lot. It accommodates us perfectly to finish the project succesfully! We come back for sure!!
