This completely updated 2nd floor condo is as close as you can get to the ocean. Just steps from the water at high tide. The 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit sleeps 6, has an updated kitchen w quartz counter tops and is tastefully, and professionally decorated throughout. The living room and dining room overlooks the ocean. The master features a king, the 2nd BR has 2 doubles. Watch the sunset from the screened patio with seating for 4 or the open balcony seating for 2. A fully stocked kitchen, unit specific secure wireless WiFi, 2 large flat screen TV's (living/master), Comcast Xfinity, and all linens/towels included. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Walk or bike to the local convenience store, marina, and fishing pier a short distance away to rent golf carts,boats,or fish. Unit includes 3 bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. Sea Oats has 2 tennis courts, a large heated pool, a spa, outdoor gas and charcoal grills for use and an endless beach at your footsteps.

2016 UPDATES INCLUDE : New appliances, new crown molding, all new doors, new LR furniture, new MBR king mattress , new flat screen tv, new paint and floor tile throughout.

Beautiful condo with great location!

This is my seventh trip to Boca Grande to stay at this Sea Oats condo. The beach is beautiful with shells, osprey and eagles. The pool and condo grounds are well maintained and pretty. Outdoor grills in the pool are make dinner preparation simple.

The condo is bright, cheery and well-appointed creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. My 83 yo mother loves the easy access to the beach that the condo offers (elevator), but on bad weather days, the views from the living area and porches offer a spectacular view of the Gulf! We look forward to our return to this wonderful place.

Sea Oats Condominiums

The unit we rented was located on the 2nd floor of building 1 directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. Buildings 1 and 5 are the closest to the beach. There is an elevator and parking under the building for 1 vehicle. The unit is tastefully decorated, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen televisions, full kitchen, and laundry room. It was comfortable and contained everything we needed to prepare meals and for going to the beach. The managers were quick to respond when we checked in and found that the a/c was not functioning. Within an hour a repairman arrived and fixed the broken a/c on a Saturday evening!!! The owners provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. I would suggest bringing water shoes for the beach as there are lots of shells to walk over before you reach the water. There are 2 small (and pricey) grocery stores on the island. I suggest stocking up at the Publix in Cape Haze before going over the ($6 dollar) bridge to the island and using the 2 small grocery stores for small purchases or forgotten items. The island is immaculate, residential, and very quiet. The houses are beautiful to see. This is a place for quiet relaxation. There are a few quaint shops down town to see and what seemed like a lot of real estate agents for such a small island. However, the least expensive homes start at about a million dollars! We dined at the Pink Elephant and the food and service were excellent. This is a great island for safe bicycling. The bicycle path runs the entire length of the island. I am sorry I did not bring my own bicycle. The owners of the condo were kind enough to provide 2 bicycles, but unfortunately neither one was a good frame size for my height so fatigue set in quickly. My husband went to the hardware store and bought a few tools to tighten the loose handlebars and lubricate one of the bicycles for me to ride. My husband was able to park his small dinghy at the Inlet Marina at 11th st so he did not have to go off island when he wanted to use it. All you need do is pack a light bag - swimsuits, pjs, water shoes and toiletries as you will feel right at home in this lovely condo. A small nice improvement would be a television in the second bedroom, but Iwas able to use my IPad and watch HBO to go - good wifi reception too in this unit.

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed here in April and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is very beautifully decorated. The only thing that would make it better would have been a sofa bed in the living room. The unit is very spacious and has a spectacular view of the ocean/beach. Loved that the beach was a very short distance from the property! The other thing that would have made the vacation even better would have been if there was some sort of night life on the island. Our daughters would have liked to go out and hear some music and dance. But my husband and I enjoyed the peace and serenity of the island where there isn't much to do but relax. We did some kayaking and LOVED it. We used the bikes that were provided by the owners and that was fun. Overall everything was just about perfect!

The Perfect Condo Rental

This condo is ideal, beautifully decorated in a very well kept complex.

The heated pool area is excellent and right on the beach with miles of sand to walk on.

Down at the Boca Pass saw a fisherman land a 450 lb grouper that was released. Also nice to see dolphins swimming by in front of the condo.

A super place to spent your vacation.

Wow, what a view.

We staid here over the Thanksgiving break and had a great time. The condo is immaculate with all new tile on the patio and screened in porch. The furnishings are very tasteful and updated. Very convenient to the beach and beautiful heated pool. Very quiet and peaceful. We will be back.
