Fully furnished second floor walk up unit. Two Bedrooms with new mattresses and bedding. Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen tv and the guest room has twin beds. 2 full bathrooms (linens and towels provided). Central air and ceiling fans throughout. Washer/Dryer in-unit. A new refrigerator with a nice kitchen. New carpeting throughout with new living room furniture featuring a sleeper sofa and a new 47' tv. Private balcony with seating. Cable and Blu-ray player with

Wi-fi.. Condo has 2 private heated pools and one assigned close-in parking spot with additional guest parking available. This condo building is directly across the street from Residents Public Beach at the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard (public beach fee not included). The Mariner condominium is a monthly rental only complex and cannot be rented out by the week (per complex rules).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. We require 25% down at time of reservation. Remaining balance along with $500.00 security deposit is due 60 days prior to occupancy date. We accept cashier check or cash. Tax and cleaning fees are not included and will be added in the final contract agreement.
