This fully renovated beautiful, charming Charleston Single home has everything you need for the perfect retreat. Our home features two bedrooms: a generous Master Bedroom with plush King Bed and luxury linens and a generous Guest Bedroom with a queen bed and luxury linens. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with Direct TV. There is one full bathroom which has been completely updated and has fine towels and complimentary toiletries. The Living Room features a queen pullout sofa to accommodate additional guests and a flat screen TV with Direct TV. The newly renovated full kitchen has every amenity needed to entertain guests with utensils, dishes, glasses and serving for 6. There is a cafe table with seating for two as well as a bar with seating for two. The kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances including an oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and bar area. The living room has a flat screen TV with Direct TV and gracious floor plan perfect for cocktails with friends. The traditional Charleston porch is a wonderful breezy spot perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping and sight seeing. There is one off street parking space reserved for guests located conveniently just outside the door. Our property is located in the popular Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood which has undergone a transformation and is now home to the City's best bakeries, bars, restaurants and yoga studios. We are just two blocks from the dynamic Upper King Street restaurant district and the award winning chefs written about in Travel & Leisure and the New York Times. There is Direct TV on both flat screen TVs and WiFi throughout providing you all the comforts you need to relax and enjoy our home and your vacation.

Great location and comfy

A short walk to the center of King Street and a 20 minute drive to the airport made this a great choice for our first time in Charleston. We couldn't have had a better location as far as we were concerned. The bed and linens were amazing - so much so I had to fight myself not to stay in bed more. The arrival process was timely and easy. The apartment was well appointed and I don't remember needing much of anything.

Everything was clean and organized. Bathroom and kitchen was well stocked and offered nice toiletries and coffee.

The drives were incredibly convenient:

Riverdogs stadium - 7 minutes

Waterfront park - 10 minutes

Plantations - 20 minutes

Angel Oak tree - 25 minutes

All of this made for an exceotional visit.

Easy end to our vacation

What a great ending to our 9 day vacation. This spot is clean, spacious, great location and lovely decor. At the end of hotel rooms it was nice to have two bedrooms with our twk young boys. Everything you need, even netflix! Loved the offstreet parking too!

Clean & comfortable penthouse in prime location

We had a great stay in the penthouse! We were two blocks off King Street and were able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. One bathroom for 5 girls was a little bit of a challenge, but we made do. :) Overall, the penthouse was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Andrew was very helpful and responsive when we needed to communicate with him. We're thinking about doing another trip to Charleston next year and would love to stay here again!

Excellent property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston at this property. The location was excellent - close enough to the energy of the city, but off of the main street so that it wasn't too noisy. Clean, plenty of room - great amenities. Wifi worked well, too. We'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Charleston.
