Apartment disposes with 2 bedrooms ( one double bed room and second room with double bed or with 2 single beds- upon your wishes), big living room, kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, bathroom, toilet, closed balcony, private closed car garage in front of the apartment. Air conditioning and internet connection is available in the apartment.

Apartment is located close to ( only 5 minutes of walk) sandy and rocky beach, bank, post-office, supermarket, shopping center, green market, tourist information center, recreational facilities, tennis courts, restaurants, café bars... The apartment is located in a quiet area of Lapad, surrounded by greenery what makes your stay even more pleasant and enjoyable. Promenade Uvala is close to the apartment and it is a wonderful place to enjoy in traditional dishes in good restaurants or listen live musical performances. A short walk through a pedestrian tree-lined alley takes you to the sandy beaches or to seaside arranged with Mediterranean trees. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can feel free to relax and enjoy in the beauty of the area.

Bus station is distanced only ( 60 m) from the apartment. The old town with its historical and cultural attractions is only 10-minute bus ride away.

Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik

It was our first stay in Dubrovnik and we really liked it. The apartment is located in Lapad area, which was a really good choice for us, since we didn't like the crowds of the old city. It is 5 minutes away from the beach and very close to the supermarket, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself has everything that is needed. It has AC, wifi, washing machine, it was clean and well-maintained. The owner arranged for the airport transfer for us and answered all our question about the area. The kitchen is quite small, but has all you need. There is a bus stop right next to it - you can go to the old city any time you want. The bus is frequent and efficient. We went to the old city few times, but we preferred Lapad area - it was less crowded and cheaper for the evening meals. We absolutely loved the sea and especially enjoyed small secluded rocky beaches on the right side of the bay - we did a lot of snorkeling there (saw octopus and murena!) and a bit of the cliff jumping. I can certainly recommend this place for anybody who wants to come to Dubrovnik for an easy and not too crowded time!

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Not knowing much about Dubrovnik beforehand I took a bit of a gamble on booking this apartment but it paid off. Perfectly situated in Lapad, it was very close to the beach and a pedestrianised street of restaurants. Close enough to walk to in 5 minutes, but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Also ver year handy was a large supermarket for stocking up on the essentials!

The owner and his family were perfect in their communications. Always fast to respond, always helpful with advice and suggestions, and our stay was made perfect by this. Thank you for everything!

Super stay in lapad

This apartment was extremely convenient to shops, beautiful beaches, restaurants, dubrovnik all within easy walking distance. Marina and rena were fantastic we had a lovely welcome and they told us what we could do in the area and we're very helpful with every question we had. Two spacious bedrooms perfect for a family of four. We will never forget our holiday here. Thank you!

Great location, great owners, great time!

Meant to leave a review months ago! Really nice, clean apartment. Close to the supermarket, restaurants, and the beach, and only a cheap 10 min bus or taxi to the old town. Loved my time there, Srecko and Neda were great hosts and even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. Thanks!

We highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our holiday. We were met at the airport by Srecko and his daughter who drove us to the apartment. Srecko told us many interesting things about the area and how to get buses to the old town, which was easy. The apartment had everything we needed for a family holiday and is very conveniently located near the supermarket, beach and restaurants, post office and bus stops. The apartment was clean and plenty of fresh towels were provided.

Things we enjoyed doing; a walk to Copacabana beach, boat trip to Kolocep a beautiful island with no roads, visit to the old town and a drink at the Buza bar reached through a hole in the city wall. Hiring a pedalo from Lapad beach. Also would highly recommend visiting the museum of the Homeland war in the the fort on Mt Srd. We walked up then some of us got the cable car down. Fantastic view s from the top.

We had some lovely meals out, the restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. Srecko had left us his number and we could have called him if we needed anything, he also drove us back to the airport when the week was sadly over. You can book this apartment with confidence, we had a fantastic week.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lapad, the green area of Dubrovnik. You can reach pedestrian alley in a minute and you can enjoy in long walks day and night without traffic. In circle of 100-200 metre there are supermarket, shops, bank, post-office, green market, tennis grounds, tourist information centre, open-air restaurants and cafe bars. In 5-minute easy walk you can reach sandy beaches and rocky coast in Lapad Bay. Also you can enjoy in picturesque walks along the seaside or up forested hills. You have sailing and rowing clubs, swimming pools, wellness centres and terraces with live music in the evenings for free. Frequent local bus service operates until late at night from the bus station 60 metre far. With bus you can reach the old town in approximately 10 minutes. Trips to nearby islands Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan can be organised by excursion boats from Lapad Bay (from the beach), as well as boat shuttle service or by ship from Gruz harbour, a 20-minute walk away.
