Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License VT / 104228, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold / warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, approx. 120m from the beach, max. 6adults + 2children under 10 years, Sat Tv, safe, etc.(Please read to the end of this page, thank you).

The electricity will be charged at 0. 28Euros / Kwh on the end. Both concepts will be paid on the end. A caution of 150 euros in cash will be requiered When the keys are handed out, as requiered by the law locally. Respecting the Balearic Islands Local laws, you only rent the house With its items, other additional services can not be offered Preferred by the owner, each person over 16 years have to pay a local tax of 1 10Euros / per night called Ecotax.

This is a really quiet and nice neighborhood, so that the guest should not miss any noice during the night hours. No loud music allowed. No pets or other animals are allowed. Non smoking inside the house, on the balcony as well as on the terraces it is allowed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in one of the top location of Can Picafort. But all facilities, services, port and best beaches of Mallorca, like Playa de Muro, Playa de Alcudia, Son Real or Capellans are next by (see pothos), to enjoy your stay, see all services and facilities on the map of this page .

You have full access to the whole house, only the garage is private (not included), private storage used by the owner with an independent access.

Calm and quiet neighborhood, but near to all facilites and services like shops, restaurants, bars, take away or bakery are at walking distance. Public park space.

The house is situated in Can Picafort, Magallanes 26 Street, approx. 65km from the Son San Joan airport (Palma de Mallorca), hire car, private transfer or taxi is the best way to get the house but also the public bus would be an option, if you need help please contact me.

The public bus station is only 50m from the house. Also the "road train" station is in the same place Which is used to move in Can Picaforts resort.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils 2 Erwachsende und 1 Kind) in dem Ferienhaus und sind auch im Nachhinein absolut begeistert. Ronny ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - einfach ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Das Ferienhaus an sich ist exakt wie auf den Fotos und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Modern und wertig eingerichtet, super sauber und insgesamt in tollem Zustand. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt mit wenigen hundert Metern zur Standpromenade in die eine Richtung oder zum großen Supermarkt in die andere Richtung. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es rund um das Haus sehr ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Innenhof gefallen in dem man morgens ganz toll unter freiem Himmel frühstücken kann.

Besonders zu erwähnen ist noch die Tatsache, dass quasi alle Räume über moderne, sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen verfügen und es bei heißem Wetter daher schön kühl bleibt.

Wir können das Objekt daher absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft mit viel Platz.

Alles lief problemlos und wir haben uns sofort nachdem wir das Haus betreten haben wohl gefühlt. Die kurze Entfernung zum schönen Sandstrand hat alles sehr unkompliziert gemacht.
