Beautiful, Clean and Quiet in the center of Green Valley in St. George. Look no further! This is the place to stay. Whether it's a quiet weekend getaway to relax and rejuvenate, a week of sightseeing and vacationing with the kids, taking in a Tuacahn production, or that perfect Honeymoon or Anniversary, you'll love staying in our condo in Sports Village.

All the attractions that St. George and Southern Utah have to offer are only a short drive, including Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Spectacular Grand Canyon and many other natural wonders. Tuacahn Amphitheater and beautiful Snow Canyon are only 15 minutes away. There are also 11 golf courses in the St. George area. And the world famous Green Valley Spa is right next door!

This condo is our personal vacation condo not a 'rental agency' condo. As a result, it has been recently remodeled with upgraded appliances, furnishings and decor. Features include cable TV in the Livingroom and Master bedroom, Blu-ray player, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, free Wi-Fi, King and Queen beds, Washer and Dryer, and large deck with gas barbeque.

Our condo has two bedrooms/two baths and 1360 sq. ft. of living area. It will accommodate up to eight in beds. The details are listed below:

Other-An airbed is available for extra sleeping capacity

For those really large groups, we can make arrangements with other private owners who have condos close to ours. Our guests have full access to all the Sports Village amenities listed below.

After staying in our condo, you will never again rent a cramped hotel room or one of those 'rental agency' condos with green shag carpeting and 1970's decor. Just look at our pictures!

For our guests' comfort, our condo is Non-smoking and we do not allow pets.

Large Upgraded Condo in Beautiful Green Valley!

Would not stay here again

Rental is a mid 80's construction with 7 year old refurbishment- some recent paint and shower curtains. The word UPGRADED is an exaggeration as the condo has not upgraded any of its profile in furnishments or appliances- (shower curtains and flat panel TV's are not upgrades). You can sleep 8 people- IF you are willing to put almost everyone in the master bedroom- since thats where all but one of the beds are. You can enjoy a nice view of the complex's dumpster and parking lot from the deck but little else. The club house is of equal vintage but not well maintained- IE sounds good on listing description but not worth your time (warped pool table, broken ping pong table, flat basketballs, grumpy clubhouse monitors etc). In the local neighborhood/area- you can find much more desirable units with REAL upgrades and amenities than what we found this unit to be for the same prices.

Also- would avoid doing business with this owner. He created an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a small mark on the microwave door- charging me $200 for a new door on a 7+ year old microwave that he has long since written off. Since he operates outside of most VRBO safe guards (your rental agreement won't go through the website) he can avoid VRBO acting as a mediator over disagreements.

I had high hopes for this condo and unfortunately was greatly disappointed by my experience with this unit and its owners. I would not stay here again.

Owner's Response: This review was very surprising since in the 11 years that we have been renting our condo, we have never received a review of less than 5 stars. 80% of our business comes from return guests, our condo guest book is full of high reviews from long time guests. One guest arriving this week has rented our condo for nine years and this is what they said last year, "Once again, our home away from home! Thank you for your wonderful condo. Our family looks forward to this trip every year (8 years now!)." The complaining renter was upset because we charged him for damage to our microwave that was caused by putting a metal pan in it. It melted the inside of the door and the burn could be seen through the door window from the outside. The charge to his credit card of $197.81 was the actual cost for parts and labor to repair the microwave and was authorized since he provided the card as security rather than a $500 security deposit check. Replacing the parts was much less expensive than the cost of over $300 for a new microwave and installation. When I called him, his response was that the damage was only cosmetic and the microwave still functioned properly. I asked him what he would think if someone dented his car and told him it was only cosmetic. He had no response. His criticism of our condo and the resort are totally incorrect. He was obviously upset about having to pay for the damage he caused. I was at the resort last week and would like to respond to his false statements. New carpeting and 50-inch TV were added in the last year. A two bedroom condo provides sleeping privacy for four people. He was told before he rented that if he was bringing a soccer team, they would have to put the extra people in the living room or bedroom. The view from our deck faces the Green Valley Resort and surrounding hills. There is a dumpster, but it is at the entrance of the resort and is hidden behind a wall. The clubhouse has been remodeled in the last year with paint, tile and carpeting. The pool table is not warped (I played a game on it) and the ping pong table is in almost new condition. The clubhouse has an assortment of probably 30 balls, most of which were properly inflated, and they have a pump if needed. The complainer failed to mention that the basketball court has a new sports court surface this year and that the pool, hot tub and tennis courts have been refurbished in the last several years. This review was posted only because he had to pay for damages he caused.

All it says it is!

We stayed 3 nights. CLEAN and very spacious. We were in town for a family wedding. This condo will be our first choice for accommodations when we are in St George. Only one block to open running and biking trails.

Best Place to stay!

We have stayed at this condo numerous times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It was not available for our last annual Tuacahn trip (June 2011), because we procrastinated on arranging a place to stay. So we stayed in another condo, and it wasn't nearly as nice. We really missed this condo.

This condo is so comfortable, clean and very homey! We enjoy hang out at the pool! Randy is great to work with! We hope we can continue to stay here each year.

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. Pools were wonderful. Owners very friendly and helpful. Close to lots of activities--we went rock climbing less than 10 minutes away. Also close to downtown St. George. Club house had a few books, movies, and puzzles you could borrow.
