Pied a terre en Espagne

Avons loué cet appartement comme base pour notre mois en Espagne

Avons passé 17 jours sur les 30 dans cet appartement .

( le Positif )

1- Très bien situé Resto , épicerie , Plage tout est accessible a pied .

2- Vue splendide de la galerie

3- Accès facile par le train directement de l’aéroport

4- Accès a la gare centrale de Maria Zambrano par le même train ( Ronda etc…)

5- Prix de location très raisonnable pour un mois

6- Monsieur Juanjo accessible si problème ( un toaster pour nous )

7- Ascenseurs

8- Wifi a bon cout pour le mois et assez rapide .

( le Négatif )

1- Appartement trop petit pour y rester un mois chambre minuscule ( 50 m2 )

2- Literies a être changer drap, oreiller , serviette et rideaux usée

3- Pas d’air climatisé ce qui aurait été très apprécié car on ne pouvait pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes a cause du BAR disco juste en face très très bruyant jusqu'à 3hoo du matin . On aurait aimé garder les fenêtres ouvertes car il y avait une bonne brise fraiche de la mer .

4- Cout énergie ( Gaz et Électricité ) trop élevé pour l’utilisation faite 17 jours utilisé cuisinière au gaz pour les cafés le matin seulement et seulement électricité pour eau chaude , éclairage et télé pour 17 jours

5- Manque d’équipement de cuisine pour faire les repas .
