"La Maison de Nanou" is located in the Vendée, in the Loire Valley and more specifically Saint-Gilles Croix De Vie, a small town overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. "La Maison De Nanou" is a spacious three-room bright with 3 large windows placed opposite the marina equipped with every comfort for even the smallest (changing table, 2 cots, toys ... ), the apartment is 10 minutes walk from the "Grande Plage" (which has 4 km of sandy beach, well maintained and equipped as sailing, surfing ... even for children) the apartment is also close to restaurants, bars, tea, ice cream, crepes, shops, supermarkets, cinemas, pharmacies, tennis, golf, casino ... bicycle rental and nearby car. On the church square, every other day, there is a typical market where you can buy local specialties such as sea salt harvested by hand or enjoy fresh oysters accompanied by delicious wines of the region, you can also enjoy the show typical tidal ocean, but St. Gilles Croix de Vie being protected from the north wind by the UK, you can enjoy a pleasant microclimate.

Our weekly rates are considered all inclusive - (water, gas, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels for bathroom and water for the kitchen ... washing and ironing clothes at the end of your stay is also included).

"The apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the views over the harbour and the bustling quayside. It's a great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and all other amenities. The booking arrangements were handled very efficiently by the very responsive proprietor and we received a warm welcome on arrival."

Owner's Response: Bedankt Ben voor corezione is erg aardig van je. Maar ik wilde u laten weten dat de data die u het verkeer hebt gekozen zeer intens zal zijn tot 16 augustus, want in Italië is een zeer belangrijke vakantie en iedereen gaat op vakantie. Dan 16-27 zal het veel rustiger. Als u besluit om uw data te veranderen, zijn er geen problemen als je weet dat je het meer dan gewillig te doen. een mooie dag verder Nelly

Schoon en centraal gelegen appartement

Als je van rust houdt en een fraai uitzicht dan is dit appartement niets voor u. Maar hou je van gezelligheid, volop leven en activiteiten om je heen in een mooi statig appartement, gelegen aan de rand van het touristische centrum van St. Gilles dan vind je dit geweldig. Wij wonen zelf bijzonder rustig en vonden dit dus absoluut niet storend. Integendeel. Bovendien zitten er grote dubbele glazen schuifdeuren in die, als je die sluit, volkomen geluidsdicht zijn. Er was tussen het appartement en de jachthaven een kleine kermis opgebouwd (wel zonde van het uitzicht) maar van een kermis in Frankrijk heb je, (wij kunnen dat als Nederlanders niet voorstellen maar het is echt waar) absoluut geen last want er is totaal geen herrie. (ook met de schuifpui open heb je er geen last van). Grote supermarkt en strand op loopafstand. Vele eetgelegenheden, winkeltjes en marktjes op 100 meter afstand. Conclusie, wij vonden het geweldig en hebben een zeer geslaagde vakantie gehad. Nadelen zijn er ook. Geen wifi aanwezig en de auto parkeren is effe lastig. De keuken is wel compleet maar enigszins verouderd. Wel een oven, magnetron en vaatwasser aanwezig. TV alleen Franse en Duitse zenders maar , who cares'
