Corner Unit & Direct Ocean Front: 2 Bedroom & 2 Full Bathrooms.

Our Sea Coast Gardens III property is located on the NON-DRIVING BEACH with eastern and southern exposure. You will feel secure letting the kids explore from the sandy beach all the way to the breaking waves (knee deep often up to 75 yards). Water sports abound here: fishing, swimming, surfing, paddle-boarding, to name just a few. Bike on the beach with your family; enjoy ocean sunrise walks along the water. New Smyrna Beach is the surfing capital of the east coast, and is known as the place Floridians vacation. The property was remodeled in January, 2016.

New Smyrna Beach is a charming, laid back, Florida beach town. It is perfect for families with children. Plenty of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Canaveral National Seashore is a short drive down the road from the property.

Fortunately, Disney and all theme parks are a day trip from New Smyrna Beach. Disney is approximately a 1 hour and 15 minute drive. Some theme park visitors prefer to stay in New Smyrna Beach instead of at the resorts. It makes for the best of both worlds.

We do prefer our guests stay Saturday - Saturday during the Winter, Spring and Summer months, but will try to accommodate your family's needs, so please inquire.

If our calendar shows reserved for the travel dates you desire, please check out our other condo that just came onto the rental market in December 2016. Why Brent & Christina chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

My wife and I have been searching for a nice beach front condo with direct ocean view, and ideally a corner unit for family and friends to enjoy. The minute we first walked into this unit, we both said, “What a view!” The unit is filled with sunlight with direct east and southern views. It feels like there are windows everywhere. We remodeled the property in September, 2015.

What makes this condo unique

Also, it is on the “non-driving beach” which is very important to us because we have children. We also were attracted to the fact that the condo is directly across the street from a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a beach store, salon, etc. Having a car is still nice, but you have everything you need for daily living right across the street from the beach. Lastly, our family has taken day trips to Disney many times. It’s approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away so you can have a full day at Disney, and then head back to the beach. Lastly, Our hope is that anyone who is a guest of ours, enjoys it as much as we do.

This condo has beautiful views of the beach and the condo is very nice and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Brent (the owner) is wonderful and will help you with any needs you have during your stay. NSB is a great place for vacation.

Great place with super owners!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful, great views, had everything we needed, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. The complex is great and offers the perfect beach stay. Beds were really comfortable too! The only draw back I can think of is we could have used washer and dryer in the room as a family., but with one on site it wasn't a big deal at all! Totally worth it. We will definitely be back.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS THERE. IT WAS CLOSE TO HOME FOR US, BRENT WAS VERY HELPFUL IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. ONLY ONE REGRET. LEFT 2 DRESSES HANGING ON BATHROOM DOOR, AND THEY WERE ACCIDENTLY LEFT, AND NEVER RETURNED. SENTIMENTAL VALUE. BUT BESIDES THAT, I WILL BE GOING BACK.

Home away from home

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week vacation at the Sea Coast Garden. We couldn't have been more comfortable. The condo was clean, well furnished and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Brent was a very attentive owner any made our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
