About the property

This delightful detached house is located in a quiet residential green area, not far from the Appian way and is surrounded by a 5 acres olive and orange grove, with a football pitch.

It consists of a large living room with large patio overlooking the garden, fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub-shower).. Private parking. Car recommended.

The house is in a strategic position, easily connected to the center of Rome as well as to its surroundings, including the beach on the Tyrrhenian coast, the archaelogical area of the ancient roman road Via Appia Antica (the Appian Way), the well-known “Castelli romani” hills, lakes and vineyards area, home of the famous Frascati wine, as well as many ancient and picturesque places.

Distances: 10 mins to Laurentina subway station (directly connected to the Colosseum and to the centre of Rome); 3 minutes drive to supermarkets, restaurants; 25-12 km to the international Airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino); 20 mins to Ostia Antica and the sea.

It is the ideal accommodation for families, as well as for those who wish to visit Rome and its surroundings, but at the same time wish to relax in a peaceful green place, far from the city traffic. Free internet WiFi.

The fares are all inclusive (NO extra charges), so that utilities, heating, gardener, cleaning are included. Damage deposit requested upon arrival.

A very comfortable and spacious house at a quiet area. The house is exactly as described. The territory is big and green. You can enjoy the air from the pines. The location of the house is perfect since we could easily reach Rome and after visiting Rome sights we could relax at a calm and peaceful place. The kitchen was very well equipped, rooms were clean. We were impressed by the plants on the territory especially with persimmon tree with fruits on it and olive trees. We highly recommend the villa because the location and the house are wonderful!

Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Diese Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht hervorragend geeignet, um eine Städtereise nach Rom mit absoluter Ruhe und Erholung zu verbinden. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 20 km oder ca. 30 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (Auto wird unbedingt benötigt). Die Stadtautobahn ist nur ca. 5 km entfernt, so dass auch andere Ziele (Flughäfen, Ostia etc.) gut und unkompliziert erreichbar sind. Die Vermieterin ist absolut seriös und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, Frau Cattaneo!

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We have two children (aged 7 and 9) and they loved the huge amount of beautiful outdoor space - it was safe for them to run and play for as long as they wanted. It is very easy to get into town by driving to Laurentina metro station to see the sights but there are also some really friendly bars and restaurants locally. It really is beautifully situated and the journey through the umbrella pines to get there is just lovely."

Fantastische basis voor een vakantie in Rome

Op 15 km afstand van het vliegveld en 10 minuten rijden naar het dichts bijzijnde metrostation Laurentina, waar je de auto voor 1,50 euro per dag kunt parkeren, is dit huis op de ideale plek gelegen voor een vakantie in Rome. Het huis bood meer dan genoeg plaats en privacy voor ons gezin met 3 volwassen kinderen. Alles wat nodig is, is in het huis aanwezig en rondom het huis is een enorme tuin. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie!

Bonne base arrière pour découvrir Rome

La maison, indépendante est située dans une copropriété sécurisée par portail qui comprend en tout quelques maisons très éloignées dans la campagne Romaine (voisins éloignés et discrets). On y accède par une longe allée de pins parasols dont les racines soulèvent le bitume. La maison est immense (200m2) et suffisamment bien équipée (TV, Wifi, notamment) pour y passer un excellent séjour entre deux excursions. Maria Bice et ses sœurs sont au petits soins pour leurs locataires et nous les remercions de leur excellent accueil. Point non négligeable, la literie est excellente, même chez nous nous n'avions vu de matelas aussi confortable, c'est appréciable après une longue journée à déambuler dans Rome. Egalement, proximité de toutes les commodités : Supermarché (Conad) et commerces (Restaurants pharmacie) à 5 minutes, Périphérique Romain (Grande Raccordo Annulare) à 5 minutes, 10 minutes d'un gros supermarché (Coop) et métro (Laurentina) à 12-15 minutes. A noter, il y a un parking au métro Laurentina qui communique avec la Gare (1,50 € la journée !), pas la peine de risquer une contravention dans les rues alentours. Et en face de la Gare, un Carrefour market ouvert..7j/7 et 24h/24. Donc, une excellente location que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

The house is independent and located in a condominium secured by a portal including some houses, far away in the Roman countryside (neighbours far away and very calm). It can be reached following long path of umbrella pines whose roots raise under the bitumen (good shock absorbers needed if you come by car). The house is huge (200m2) and sufficiently well equipped (TV, Wifi, especially) to spend an excellent stay between two excursions. Maria Bice and her sisters are very caring for their tenants and we thank them for their excellent hospitality. Not insignificant : the bedding is excellent, even at home we had not seen mattress so comfortable, it is nice after a long day walking in Rome. Also, house is close to all amenities: supermarket (Conad) and shops (pharmacy, restaurants) 5', Roman Peripheral (Grande Raccordo Annulare) 5', 10' from a big supermarket (Coop) and Metro (Laurentina) by 12'-15'. Please note that, there is parking at the metro Laurentina which communicates with the station (1.50 € the day!), No need to risk a traffic ticket in the streets nearby. Opposite to the station, there is even a Carrefour market open. 7d / 7 24h/24. So, an excellent rental that we highly recommend !

Für den Preis gutes Haus. Einrichtung zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, aber kann man gut machen. Die Kinder fanden es toll! Verbindung nach Rom klappt gut.
